I submitted a bug last to Bugzilla last Sep. that seems not yet to be assigned to anyone, and a bug two days ago that wasn't acknowledged. Is the Bugzilla site working? Should I be doing something else to report the bug?

Saying "you can turn off the AI" is NOT enough, Mozilla. Nothing is ever "turned off" unless it's completely removed. This is Microsoft's playbook BS; "but you can turn it off", but for some reason the system is always using a metric ton of memory, lagging and whatnot. You, of all companies, should know this and be better than that. Nothing good is ever force-installed and impossible to remove. Unless you all make it installed completely separately so people like me, who are a significant part, if not most of your user base, can not install it, nothing short of a full renunciation of the CEO will suffice to make we trust you again.

"Internet for People, not profit" is seeming more and more like blatant false advertising every day.

There appears to be more details in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2014390 located at the bottom. When I try to view the details it asks me to log in. I do not see any reason I should have to log in to view the issue as I only intend to view the bug. Why does it require a login ?

For one year that I have been working in the "shadows" on my version of US+Canada+Australian, to be released on 1-JAN-2026.

Can I add your list of proper names (~5000 words) to my dictionaries and release the dictionaries as LGPL?

When I start VPN, it brings me to a page to choose a subscription, but I have a yearly subscription paid in November 2025. Then my Mozilla account says I am logged on but when I click on the application icon I get a circular icon in the window with a cancel button underneath it. See attachment.

I got an email that my subscription for Mozilla VPN has been cancelled a month from now. I wonder why? On the "What’s New | Firefox 151" page the new free VPN service is announced. Does it have anything to do with that? Not yet in my region (Sweden) though. Kind regards, Monika Ivarsson

Why do I need to post my question on a forum and wait for some random internet user to answer. Why can I not ask a question of the company when their product is not functioning properly? This is really really disappointing.

You installed without my permission the Microsoft web app. That is spyware that has cost you this user. I will uninstall Firefox, tell everyone I know what you 'security-minded' liars are really doing to us. I belong to a gaming club with hundreds of members and by tonight they will all know not to trust Firefox. You really have some nerve teaming up with that nasty organization. Before this day is out all my contacts on all my social media sites will know what you are doing. I have a $3,000 rig that you jeopardized.

I had to uninstall my VPN because it was frozen, and I couldn't even switch it on, even when I restarted my computer.

This has happened before, so I had it uninstalled & then downloaded it again.

You will see proof, by the screenshot I have attached to this email, please advise manufacturer.

I cannot get into my Paypal account because Mozilla Firefox is asking me to set up a passkey. I press Continue and it tells me to enter a PIN. I don't have a PIN set up that I know of. If I try one, it is wrong and says I have tried too many times. When I go to the Settings where I should set something up with Window Hello, it says it is not available. I just want to log into my Paypal account like I used to. How can I bypass all this stuff?

All worked fine before I assidentally updated. Befire, I clicked rmb and then "Copy" and then I could click on a desctop or folder with rmb and "paste". Not the "paste" field id grey like it never been copied in the first place, even though I can paste the image into paint or messanger or anywhere else. I don't want any workarounds like "save as" every time I want to save something. How do I change it back Everything worked fine before I accidentally updated.
