When my computer starts up and launches Firefox, the window is small and requires me to click on the full screen button. Before this it was opening at half-screen. Before that it was opening at full screen, which is preferred. I cannot get it to open in full screen despite all of the suggestions from this community. It's super-annoying. Why is this happening? What is the fix?

I am a novice and have not modified any code, but have added the extensions Duck Duck Go, Last Pass, Facebook Container, and Clear Cache. I have used these extensions for years and the problem is new. My problem must be a setting because I have not lifted the hood of Firefox or the OS and tinkered with it. Nor do I want to.

The charge may be legit. But how do I find out? Is there an email or phone number for Support. I've been to the support page. But I am a very happy Firefox user for many years, and I don't need technical support. Do I need to write a letter???

In an effort to open a file I started getting multiple alerts, supposedly from Mozilla Firefox - Ransome ware detected, Systems warning (click to install updates), Google Cloud hacked, etc.). Despite efforts to dismiss they kept popping up. ALL of them said to click on cvvtph8hubcc73f9fd70.premium....... I did not, but went to my security on my laptop and had no indication of any problem with security issues. Just now I went to Mozilla Firefox site and clicked on choice to stop receiving notifications from Firefox but not sure now if my computer is safe. Also most of the alertss came with a McAfee logo.I no longer have McAfee so did not click on those ether. Is my computer safe or not.

I received an email with the heading Mozilla Monitor listing my monthly Monitor report. Said I had 7 data breaches and asking me to click to resolve or click to view details. Is this a scam? Send answer to k.krukowski@comcast.net

I asked on 11 January 2026 Help for finding back my cookies. Got an answer by e-mail, but this disn't help to find my cookies and so I cannot manage these. Who can tell me please where I can find all my cookies? Thanks in advance. Regards Theo Koeppen
