My bookmarks have disappeared from view, even though I have I recently got this note at the top of Firefox: "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks..."

On clicking on the "Manage bookmarks" link, I'm taken to a page with several fields, including "Location". I can not get any of the selections to work.

I did not ask for this change. I just want to be able to view my bookmarks. Can anyone guide me? Thanks.

My IT department did a reinstallation of my laptop and previously to that checked the sync in firefox so everything were ok. now when logged in i am missing everything. can you please help me get back all my bookmarks. how shall i do ?

Noticed the bookmarks error message at the top of the browser page then looked to find they were gone, no troubleshooting methods have worked and I don't seem to have any backup files. Bookmark manager is blank and there are no selectable options?

I retired an older desktop unit several months ago and am no longer able to access the bookmarks associated with my account. My profile information now says account disconnected, followed by my email address. Below that the words Profile 1 appear. The menu below is the regular menu for actions on Firefox but none of the bookmarks from the original computer appear. Is there some way to access them?

My bookmarks suddenly disappeared. I tried to use the troubleshooting guide for "My Bookmarks have Disappeared" bold textbut when I click on <Manage Bookmarks> step nothing happens. Also, when I click on the star to make a bookmark, nothing happens.

I've tuned in to Firefox this morning to find that I'm kind of shut out, no access to my usual apps, and required to enact some difficult backing up etc. When I explore, it seems to relate to Windows 10 losing its backup from Microsoft. But I'm running Windows 11, not 10. What's going on? Is this legitimate? If so, why is it complicated and why wasn't it forewarned (by Firefox)?

Context: So, I needed to get into Pear Assessment for school (I use my personal computer for school too) And I couldn't get into my Practice Test, so my mom suggested that I delete my history in an attempt to get in. So then I deleted it also thinking it might have a chance at working. But it didn't, and now I deleted my personal history for nothing. Please help me. Thank you.

Firefox desktop (147) keeps deleting all Bookmarks, passwords and cookies. I sign in and it's fine till I restart windows 11, then all is gone except the titles of the Bookmarks minus ANY data they may have held. Importing B.M.'s works till the process starts again. Cookies are just gone and same with any passwords I may have saved. just seems to happen in Firefox, was never a problem before the end of last DEC.

I've spent more than half of today trying---once again, after you must have done some "update"---to restore my many bookmarks, including the bookmarks menu. I HATE THIS FAR TOO FREQUENT WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!!

Have tried all of your "tips" online for fixing this and this time NOTHING works. Damn it---fix this and quit doing this to us!! Have rebooted -- in Safe Mode -- several times. Can't find anything in a profile that gives you permission to screw me over like this so much.

Import from my html file gets no response. Restore with my JSON file gets no response.

Please quit wasting my time every couple months!!!!!! This is soooooo fgrustrating.
