how to fix constant tab crashes with 64.0

System auto updated from 63.0.3 to 64.0 today. Since them most all tabs crash immediately. Some Mozilla tabs work, some crash. Tried clearly cache and rebooting, no help. Using IE to send this.

Why aren't my Add ons Automatically Engaging why I strart up Fire Fox
To make things short, yes I know How to engage them. But how do I get them to engage automatically when Fire Fox starts up? I have the latest update of Fire Fox.
Don't have the menu page or some of the other things. What do I do?
I seem to have lost the top line with bookmarks, view, and a bunch of other things. How do I recover that?
