Hi, After the latest update, I experienced unusual Firefox behavior. When I turn off PC Firefox signs me out from all sites and when I open them it also requires me to accept cookies again (on any site, even when I visited it in the previous session). I thought that the update accidentally turned on the option to delete cookies after closing Firefox, but I still have this option unchecked in settings. I can also still se all my previous cookies in settings. Passwords are also still saved in Firefox password manager. The PC is new (3 months) so I don't expect it to have memory problems.

Should I go back to the older version of Firefox? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

System: Windows 11 Pro 25H2, Firefox 146.0 (20251205151434), I don't use any Add-ons

Hi, My Hotmail account was compromised a couple of days ago. I reset the account with new password and it looks ok now. But today I found a message sent from Mozilla asking me to reconfirm the newly created Mozilla account. I did not create a new account at Mozilla! It must have been by the hacker. Please do not create the account! Of course I do not click 'Reconfirm' on the email. Best

When I try and connect to a site with firefox I get a message saying "Check that Firefox hass permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall) How can I get check to see if I am behind the firewall and if so how can I get out to connect to that specific site.

When using a pen to write in windows Firefox doesn't detect it and a text box doesn't appear. I've tested with chrome, as well as several other applications and they all work fine. I've also tried reinstalling firefox, as well as disabling all addons. Running latest version of windows 11 and firefox. The screenshot that I've included is what it should look like in Chrome.

15/12/2025 I need to sync my firefox data from my old windows 10 laptop to my new windows 11 laptop. Do I have to download the firefox app on to my new laptop before I can sync it, and will I need a new password if I have to download the app. Im using my old password on my old laptop to write this. On the new laptop, I tried to sign into firefox on the internet but, it said my password is wrong. I'm an oldie and have no idear what to do. Iwill be very grateful for any help. Many Thanks,

A website that I have used for years to track my wine cellar invenory has ceased functioning for me. The Web Designer tells me that the problem is a network issue and not his problem. I get no solutions from my ISP.

When I attempt to load the page and look at the Console I get the following error message in response to several GET requests:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://cdn.ct-static.com/dist/js/ct.min.1530c2da96.js.

A web search tells me that this policy is a browser safety net. Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Firefox is working but my home page yahoo.com is not displaying. I can open other tabs at will and they work fine. Malware bytes has quarantined the mozilla .exe file and they say this is due to a problem with a firefox update. Do you have a fix for this? My laptop is running Windows 11. Just yesterday I had everything working fine, and today out of nowhere any time I close my browser trough X it resets back to default page and all my pinned browsers or unpinned just disappear.. It works with exiting trought shortcut or meniu, but it little annoying, I tried solutions provided in the treads but is there no way to revert back to just using X for exiting and have your previously closed tabs saved and restored upon opening app again?

There was no updates installed or any other changes made to my pc today. So it is very strange why out of the blue its like this right now.

I tried: 1. Troubleshoot mode (did not work) 2.I tried exiting trought shortcut/meniu exit (worked but not prefered solution as it will be very easly forgotten for split second and all tabs open will reset) 3. Tried unchecking reseting firefox and checking the box again (did not work)

Lost at this stage as I really loved using Firefox.

Hello! Today I turned on Firefox and there was an automatic update to version 146.0. I have received some kind of notification about cryptocurrencies in right top window but before I read the notification it disappeared. Could you please let me know what was this notification about? Thank you!

I have used Directv for 30 years. My password has suddenly become unusable. I can say I forgot the password and change it and it is accepted, but when I try to sign on, it still says something went wrong. I changed it a total of 2 additional times with the same results. Then I gave up and went over to Edge where it worked fine. Has anyone else had a problem line this.

your recent upgrade removed my side panel search bookmarks except those that have icons ( icons only)! No description of icon. Those that don't have icons have links but can't read with out hovering for seconds. Impossible to find links quickly!

My computer crashed and so restarted it, when went to open thunderbird got a couldn't load XPCom message. Followed directions to reinstall thunderbird without using the uninstaller. When I installed it, I reloaded my email to set it up. I have lost all my latest emails, only getting them from 15 years ago. and today, nothing from this year. All my folders have also gone and my contacts.

Can someone please help, how do I fix it, I have emails from this year that I need to keep.
