I updated my desktop browser today and now there is an expandable sidebar at the left margin of the window showing tool icons for Tabs from other devices, History and Customize sidebar. I can see how to remove tool icons and how to expand or collapse sidebar but can I remove the sidebar completely? Is this an option? I prefer the old look with the browser web page content extending all the way to the left of the screen, without the narrow vertical sidebar.

The translate option pops up everytime that i open the browser or open a new window in the browser and its annoying as hell how do i remove it because i dont see any options where i can disaple it

I'm a single home user connecting via my phone hotspot. Att is my carrier. In settings/general it says my browser is being managed by my organization. Is att that organization or have I been hacked?

How can I disable the huge Firefox logo appearing on the top of the default home tab? It is enormous and takes up valuable space. Instead of having four neat rows of shortcuts which all show on a new page (like it used to be) that page looks terrible now. I have tried everything formerly recommended to others asking the same question (about:config, proton, etc.) and nothing works. My current version is 136.0.4 (64-bit). A workable solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You are fools. With the new desktop version you destroyed all my settings, all the sites I have remembered for years, without asking me if I wanted it because you turn off all my extension. You shameless idiots, you have destroyed all my years of work. And now I have an empty Firefox. Since it is empty, I will never work with you again, because I do not know what you fools can do, and you do not even ask me. I will switch to a new, smarter browser.

I have changed the fonts in preferences to my desired font and unchecked "Allow pages to choose their own fonts,...". After this, Firefox defaults to Noto Sans and other Noto * fonts. What would be problem and how can I fix this?

In updated version I lost my Mouse right click screenshot and edit ability of any images, how do I get it back? I rather use the old version of Firefox and wish Firefox does not force us to update

After the latest Firefox update, Subtitles and closed captions not saving settings in latest Firefox in spite of resets, reboots, clearing cache. Appears to be on Windows 11 but is fine in Windows 10.

About Translation Panel how to block this panel to open automatically each time I open a new window ? Panel offering only "Never translate [Language]" or "Never tanslate this site". Even I choose "Never translate [Language]" or "Never translate this site". It still offering the translation on every new window even it's the same site on a new window !!!!
