WHERE to key security code? What Page? Heading? NOTHING on any of those pages indicate "Key security code HERE." I GVE up! I have been round & round & canNOT get a response from the email that SHOULD give this information.

You did an update to Firefox about two weeks ago & now I can't login. Had to call EDD yesterday & today to talk to an IT specialist. She told me that Mozilla never contacted California EDD & for the last two weeks people, myself included haven't been able to login. She told me to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge, both of which I absolutely HATE to use. Well guess what I was able to login using Microsoft Edge.

Here's the steps Login They send you a 6 digit text code. You enter the code Then you get a pop up message that something went wrong & call the 833 - 876 - 9333 for the IT dept. Which only takes about 20+ trys to get someone.

PLEASE CORRECT THIS SITUATION!!!!

bold text When I use Google to search I always use the microphone instead of the keyboard. When I am using Firefox to search there is NO microphone.. I have to use my keyboard. Is there somewhere in settings where I can add this function to search?

I have been using Dashlane Password for a long time. For several weeks it hasn't worked. The program used to ask for my address and master password, but it no longer does. Now it asks for a code number of 6ix digits instead, stating that the number has been sent to my address. However, I never receive the number. My address has never changed and is the first thing it asks for. Then, no code arrives.I have sent many requests, including specifics about the change and lack of access, but have not gotten a reply to any. I think Dashlane died and customer support also did. My 147 passwords, financial information, personal address and SSN are all still there at Dead Dashlane. If they won't answer Mozzilla either at least I tried.

For a week my pinned tabs are lost every time I open Firefox. I have checked my settings, they were the same as always. I have de-selected them, closed and re-opened firefox, selected them again, closed and re-opened again, pinned my tabs again. Then closed and re-opened firefox and still they are not there. I have done this multiple time with the same results. This seems to have started after the last update.

suddenly today the mic has stopped working in Chat GPT. I have changed nothing... checked all settings, everything is ok... why does it suddenly say "Enable Mic Access to Dictate"?

we use fire fox for all our bookmarks. We are unable to login to our bank of America account, it shows our ID but it will not allow us to enter any password.

I've tried to install the language pack for english to have swedish and english spelling checked on my computer. I've added it like the discription mentions but it doesn't show as an option when I try to change it.

I have accounts that will not work because they cannot access my location, My computer says all access is allowed, so is there something in Firefox that blocks my location?

Chrome user returning to Firefox here; I'm experiencing an issue where most pages would take at least 4 to 6 seconds to load, especially for heavy media sites like YouTube which could take 6 seconds for it to be barely usable, and 10 or 13 seconds for it to finish loading. My internet speed is 1gb at most and 800 Mbps at the least.

It loads sites like Reddit pretty fast, like 3-5 seconds interestingly. It's largely YouTube and other sites where the pages load infuriatingly slowly, and Chrome Mask did not helped with this.

Here are the things I did: Refreshed Firefox, started in Troubleshoot mode, installed Chrome Mask for YouTube (Did not work), disabled DNS, closed all foreground apps except Firefox, used a different profile and enabled/disabled hardware acceleration.

Specs: CPU: i5-3570k GPU: GTX 1070 Ti RAM: 16gb DDR3 OS: Windows 10 Hard Drive type: SSD

Final notes, it says I use Microsoft Defender Antivirus but I am actually using Malwarebytes. I also use uBlock Origin which is the entire reason why I permanently switched from Chrome to Firefox.

I don't come from an IT/Tech background so this has become a hassle for me. I have a "Old Firefox Data" file on the my desktop and that seems to have sub-folders with my bookmarks, sessions, logins, etc. How do I retrieve those to the new Firefox browser.
