Every time I try to log in to gmail I receive this message: We've detected a problem with your cookie settings. Enable cookies Make sure your cookies are enabled. To enable cookies, follow these browser-specific instructions I've tried enabling cookies in Mozilla. Apparently I'm doing something wrong because I'm still getting the same message from google.

Firefox desktop for Windows 10 stopped letting me copy text with the mouse. Copy is greyed out 90% of the time. I really have gotten used to using the mouse to do this. Are they going to fix it? I will have to use a different browser if no fix is in the pipeline. That is how often I use it. Thanks

It won't save open tabs when I close Firefox. Each time I have to go to: Setting>>History>>Recently closed windows. In General settings it's ticked Open previous windows and tabs. I already tried to turn off all extensions.

When I use ALT codes ALT0237 and ALT0243 to create Spanish characters on Firefox, I get kicked out of the page I was on to another page. I have had this problem for a few days.

The pdf gets overwritten by the new text when it is scrolled down or up and the whole pdf becomes messy. I have attached an image showing the same. The terminal gets into the background of the pdf and any other application that is opened on the screen.

Why, each time that I try to log in to Xfinity, do I get a banner across the bottom of the screen asking my cookie choices before I can even log in to Xfinity. Same goes for Safari when trying to log in to Xfinity or Comcast.

This is so strange. Usually cookie selection is after you sign in not before...

HDR videos (specifically smpte2084 (PQ) / bt2020 videos) on youtube don't show correctly since last few updates of firefox on mac M1 & M2 sonoma 14.5. Firefox shows overly bright (almost whitewashed) videos, seems like something changed either with MacOS or firefox in last few updates. Firefox was working fine on older MacOS last 2 years with HDR videos.

Please advise how to disable automatic updates on Firefox running on Linux Kubuntu. Solutions posted on mozilla.org do not work because stated disable options are not available(see screenshot). I have set app.auto.update to false in about:config but this does not disable updates. I have been repeatedly advised not to disable updates so I am aware of the so called risk. I am very tired of every update breaking a reliable browser and having to repair/fix/workaround each and every time. Please provide a viable solution.

When scrolling a web site with an embedded video, as that video scrolls off screen, it automatically pops out to a picture-in-picture video on the lower right-hand part of the page. How can I disable this. I don't want this to ever happen.

tumblr is a site I use all day and recently firefox began not loading the pages, and the tabs - after selecting a piece or reblog. when you hit reblog the tab should open, but NAHHHHH. Firefox has been doing this for about a week or two at this point and I'm going to switch to another browser which never does this if there's no rememdy. why does it remind me 50 times a day to update the program if it's not working properly? why does it continue to ask me to update when there's no reason to update daily.

The weekly updates would work better because this daily update is not working. Its broken Firefox and at this point I'm looking for a fix - or I'm abandoning it for a more friendly browser
