bold text I am trying Firefox out and I want to sign out so that I'm forced to sign back in and verify that I have the right password How do I sign out from Firefox

A leak was detected on my account then Mozilla locked it. Every passwords were changed as I still got an "Email just returned" error upon trying to sign in, and now I end up with an "Unexpected error".

And to make sure that this has nothing to do with the plugins I have on my pc installation, I tried signing in on mobile phone as well. Same issue.

When I open the Mozilla VPN window I am met with the "Get Started" page. I click the "Get Started" button and sign in. When I get to the "Signed in successfully!" page, it tells me to open the Mozilla VPN window again (it does this for me) and to turn it on and all that. However, when the window is opened again, I am met with the same "Get Started" page from the beginning, leaving me in the endless loop of logging in. I am running a fully updated Windows 11. Could it be an extension I have?

My previous Firefox account under the email m**********i@*****ail.com has been locked. The message says it was locked due to a returned confirmation email, but the email is working fine now — I’m currently receiving emails from Firefox.

I’m unable to log into the old account to resolve the issue or change the email. I have since created a new account (this one), but I would like to recover access to the original account if possible.

Could you please help me unlock it or advise on the next steps?

I would like to sign in my email address [editedfrom public] @gmail.com & I keep getting the notice, invalid email address. They want me to sign in another old email address [edited from public] @sympatico.ca that I don`t use anymore as well as that password for it.
