Setting up a new Macbook air m5 and trying to sync my profile/bookmarks/etc. on FireFox but the confirmation code is not arriving at my gmail. Checked spam and added "accounts@firefox.com" to my contacts but still not arriving. Help?

Lately, whenever I click into a youtube video from within youtube, instead of Firefox blocking autoplay, it mutes the video but lets it play.

Initially, it was muting EVERY video I pulled up, but messing with my settings has fixed the problem if I click into a youtube video from elsewhere (ex. a google search result), or if I refresh the page. It's super annoying to having navigating youtube be this non-functional right now, though, since everything just silently plays until I catch and unmute it! Any help would be super appreciated!

I am a loyal firefox user and have used it for years. Security and features are great. I use Google docs constantly throughout the workday on my Mac and I am constantly having problems with Firefox. Google docs that I work in are constantly re-loading, incompletely downloading, going offline. I typically have 5-10 docs across the platform open at a time, and the problems are preventing me from working effectively. I have tried searching help forums and done the fixes suggested (repeatedly clearing cookies and cache, turning off protections, etc). Nothing works. Any ideas before I switch the Chrome (yuck)?

I am running into a 414 error that prevents me from accessing account information in Kindle Direct Publishing, has anyone else run into this problem? I log in and get to the home page of KDP ok, clicking on Account opens dialogue box to log in again, and I get 414 error, which KDP help AI says is browser related. I've tried using incognito, turning off VPN, there are no extensions turned on, going directly to the Account Settings link gives same error. I tried using another browser (Safari) and get same error.

Hi there I can't find any solution online for this online so hoping someone can help to explain what is causing this issue.

I have been using Firefox since it came out and have never had an issue retrieving a password. Now neither the 'eye' link to view or the 'copy' link works. I even tried the export - that didn't do anything either. The only thing different is that I am now on a newer (for me) iMac 2020 - using macos - SeQuoia 15.7.4

Not sure if this will effect the browsers security but I do use Bitdefendor - Traffic light is not active on Firefox - just Safari.

Hello, Seems that after the last update when I go to some websites at times the tab thinks its still loading until I stop it. This is happening on both of my Macbook Pros which are about 6 yrs apart age wise. I kept thinking it would stop doing this but that hasn't happened. Secondary browsers work fine. Open to suggestions. Also some AI usage trackers slowly stopped working but I can't image that's related. Thanks

At some point, I was issued Auto-generated passwords, but they were not saved even though I believe I have things set up to do so. Other passwords are also not saved. I cannot update my 2015 Mac's OS above Monterrey. Please advise.

Fonts in the digital issues of the LA Times are changed. They appear as serif initially, but quickly change to a sans serif which appears to big for the space. The headlines are squeezed together and touching. Body copy is affected also. How to keep the fonts as they first come in?

I cannot see imported bookmarks from previous browser after reformatting. I exported old bookmarks to a html file. It shows 'bookmarks imported successfully' but there is nothing in the bookmarks toolbar.
