I wanted to use the new VPN feature and the icon initially showed up in the top right, but it has disappeared and is not present in "customise toolbar" or privacy settings either.

My computer ran into an error and restarted and I lost my entire browsing history, bookmarks, extensions, etc. Now I have nothing saved and the only browsing history my computer is showing is when I briefly opened microsoft edge. I regularly used duckduckgo, so most of my data is gone. Is there anything that can be done or is it just gone.

I wanted to use the Firefox browser VPN to check what the price of a certain Patreon subscription is in another country, but when the VPN is on, the website still correctly identifies my current location and shows me the price in my current country's currency. Is this a limitation of the VPN, or did I not set it up correctly?

normally i just click the forefox icon on my taskbar and type claude.ai in the address field but today i was messaged that the claude program needed a mozila account - so I had to set one up. why and still cannot get to Claude

Webgl has completly broken after last update for me. Forcing webgl in about config doesnt work and it doesnt work in troubleshoot mode either. Anything else i can try apart from reinstall from scratch as im worried about losing my history,saved account info and such. Or do i just need to do a full refresh and install? Thank you!

Since the last update, Gmail has not been working correctly on Firefox. All of the buttons to the left of inbox emails that enable you to move, categorize, file, etc your emails have disappeared. I have tested my Gmail account on Chrome, Edge and DuckDuckGo browsers, and everything displays correctly. Please help. An image of the missing buttons is attached (well, since there aren't there, you're seeing a blank area of gray to the immediate left of my inbox [or any other folder] emails). When I access the website of UGC ( https://www.ugc.fr/ ) the access page opens up but immediately freezes: the screen luminosity decreases and the pointer cease to function: I cannot acces any of the options: select movies on show, select cinema programmes or schedule, open my UGC account to reserve performances ... Nothing works ... I have tried to reduceprotecton, etc as sugested on Forum and other suggestions: nothing works. I have no problem at all when I open the same website with Opera or with Microsoft Edge ... Why it does not work under Firefox puzzles me. Can you do something about it ? I use Firefox as my defaut internet access without problems for everything else ! This is really strange and most annoying. Thanks for your help.

Recently transferred from Chrome. My understanding was Firefox private browsing was supposed to work similarly to chrome incognito mode; once you close the browser, all local files are deleted and cookies are cleared.

However, with Firefox it maintains my logins. If I log into an account while private browsing and the close the browser, I’ll still be logged in next time I go to the website even if it’s days later (and I have never logged into this account in a non-private browsing window!)

I never had this issue using chrome incognito, so it seems to be a Firefox problem.

Is this just not something Firefox supports? Is there any way to prevent storage of cookies and private data?

I cannot sign into my att/yahoo email while using Firefox. After calling AT&T they told me to use Microsoft Edge which I told them I would not! When trying to sign in I receive the error message "It's not you, It's us" try again. It is my belief that att is trying to coerce me to change browsers so they can spy on me
