How can I log into my account when Mozilla has locked it? You list no e-mail address, phone number, I have spent alot of time today trying to unlock my account? Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.

I am being locked out of my Firefix desktop linux account using Ubuntu. It had me successfully change my password yesterday and today won't accept any of my known present and previous passwords.

Every time go to Firefox home page (clear browser settings), I get "Account Disconnected" message.

I have another PC with the same Firefox browser homepage and do not have the problem.

Help or suggestions appreciated. TU for reading.

When I go to log in to Amazon there is a grey drop down box that says, Manage Passwords. If I click on that bar it takes me to a page where saved passwords would be on my computer. That box just started dropping down today. I called Amazon and it doesn't have anything to do with them. How do I get rid of that drop down box when logging into Amazon. I feel like my account has been compromised somehow.
