Hi Firefox. Autofill doesnt work. I couldnt see it under settings - privacy - autofill. Then i reinstalled firefox and now it appears. I filled the form, so it has all my information, but it doesnt seem to shop when im trying to check out of a websop for example.

When I try and log into a website (lets take a signup page for example) FF will offer me a dropdown of my common usernames and emails, but also the email of my wife.

The thing is, in the privacy settings, there is not username section, only passwords and within that list her email doesn't come up once.

I have no idea how to remove this autofill but there are a bunch of old emails and usernames etc in there that are just in the way and I'd like to get rid of. Anyone any idea how to fix?

I recently imported passwords and usernames for auto-fill from chrome and a few of the websites will not auto-fill my username. I have to manually type the username every time even though i can see they are saved in the Firefox browser.

I have searched Support, enabled media Autoplay for all sites, Page Info for individual sites. Videos play but never with audio. Currently using FF 134.0 (64-bit) on Debian 12, but recall some problems starting about the 133.0 update. No audio with Youtube, Amazon testimonials/reviews, etc.

Please help?

Firefox has my credit card information and it shows up in a window when I go to pay for something, but when I click on the credit card I want to pay with, the details appear on the form but get removed almost instantly.

I am in UK. It was working until recently.

None of the earlier answers have helped.

I was attempting to pay with autofill in a shopping card and get a pop up from firefox to login first. I appreciate being protected but when I use the password for my firefox account it did not work. Confused

It seems that more and more websites are adopting a single button you have to click both for creating an account and to login with an existing account, as opposed to having 2 buttons, one to sign in with an existing account, one to sign up for a new account. For me, Firefox does not fill the login (email address, for example) automatically in those cases. Ironically, an example is https://accounts.firefox.com

To be clear, Firefox does remember and autocomplete my password, but not my login (the email address).

Is there any way to make it work? Thanks!

I logged onto a hotel site with Firefox and when I progressed to enter my name, the autofil came up with 4 names that weren't mine. The top two are people I do not know and are not included in my contacts. The bottom two are people I know but are not on my contacts in this format at all. Is this a security concern?

I also failed to get my two factor authentication code when trying to access Mozilla so have had to set up a new account to make this message. I am concerned about security issues relating to both of these.

There is no option to save addresses in my Autofill settings as the help article says there should be. I have signed into my Mozilla account and no difference. Credit cards working fine. What's going on?
