When I am watching a YouTube video and switch tabs, sometimes, on return to the YouTube tab, I have no sound. It is not muted. The system sound is fine. This does not always happen. I can switch tabs and still hear the sound. Then switch back and no sound. The video is not paused. I've tried pausing and playing the video, still no sound. Refreshing the tab doesn't help Where do I go to turn the sound back on? Win11, Firefox v144.02 64 bit.

I installed Firefox yesterday, and everything was fine for a day. Today, when I play a YouTube video, the entire page freezes - I can't pause it, select text, or do anything. The page starts responding after about 10 seconds from last interaction.

Compared to Chrome, I can play 20 YouTube videos at once and everything works fine.

The problem only occurs on YouTube. Sites like CDA and Jellyfin work fine.

Hello... currently when I try to open a PDF from the internet, I cannot open it in Firefox. Specifically I have been adding PDF files to a FB page, but cannot open the document when browsing in Firefox. I can open it, when using EDGE.

I get a daily email from this site and suddenly nothing. I try to resolve the issue and your security settings are unintelligible. I have received emails on a daily basis for over 2 years, and now nothing.

This is unbelievably frustrating.

Hi there, I am trying to get firefox to stop allowing outlook to try and get my fingerprint or face ID as my Macbook Pro 2014 doesn't have these features. I am running macOS Big Sur (as this is the only one that still works decent). The Open Web Autentification Panel pop up says "Touch your secuity key to continue with login.microsoft.com". When I try to open the Capital One Eno extension in Firefox, I get the error report: File not found

The x appears in the tab, and when I click on it, the program disappears. I bring it back up and it repeats. Have tried closing the program, restarting the computer, using the Close Tab from the File menu, CTRL-W, yelling at it loudly, but nothing has worked. I cannot update the iOS in this computer. Firefox is up to date. Several programs I need can only run on Firefox , not Safari, so I need it. I now have so many open tabs that I can't find anything. HELP!

I am a noob with Firefox jumping over from Chrome. I use tabs a lot and it would be helpful if tabs were synced across browsers. I am really enjoying Mozilla and the performance is great. Thanks. Steve

Windows updates from Oct 14 have messed up both firefox and an extension (Ironvest). Can't access mozilla account from icon on toolbar (just a revolving blue buffering circle), nor will the extension work. Have uninstalled extension, turned off/on computer, reinstalled, no luck. Discovered the mozilla account won't work after this, so resigned in a couple times, still the same issue. Even uninstalled one of the window updates (performance, not security) and still not luck. I hate windows when they update and upset all my settings.
