After updating to version 138.0, the browser put up an announcement page that informed me that I now have access to a great new feature, tab groups. It's actually a great addition to the browser IMO.

But it's absent. I read the announcement page, then the help page it links to. Every description is inapplicable to my browser, there us no drag-over behavior for tabs, there is no "add tab to new group" option when right clicking. I updated to 138.0.1, same thing. There is a topic in Connect.mozilla.org about tab groups as a beta feature, and it's been up in beta since March. But my browser does not have it.

Granted, the help page vaguely says that no all users will see this feature as it's rolled out gradually until May 6th. But why then tell me that I already have it on update? And why is it rolled out gradually if it's already been in beta?

After the last update, I have a problem opening some links just with a left click. Most open fine, but on some sites, I can open the site fine, but all other links have to be opened in a new tab. Sometimes, I can't even get that menu to come up, so I have to save the link URL and open it in a new tab manually.

I have my browser set to open all tabs in a new window, so that's not the problem.

It's very annoying, especially when I'm trying to get something done quickly.

How do I fix this? TIA

Maybe after update, or i dont know why, but now. when youtube (or any other videoplayer) in fullscreen - taskbar menu is visible (Is on topscreen). In google chrome problem is not repeats. I'm using StartAllBack app for classic start menu, but till that day all was fine. I checked on two devices with firefox - the same problem (StartAllBack or windows version wasnt cahnged). I have tried creating new folders and following those steps. I have tried everything.

I just got a new pc, and added Firefox, and also imported all of my bookmarks. But I don't see any way to add tiles to the new tab page. There are no Tiles there, even after 3 days. I really like having the links I visit most listed in tiles on the new tab page. Why don't I have any and how can I add them? I don't see anything the settings, and the help answers don't help because there are no tiles to right click on.

When I open any stream, it takes about 2.5 seconds from the start of the page loading to the appearance of the stream image and playback. For comparison, in version 137 it took about 1.0 seconds.

I tried to launch the browser (Firefox 138.0.1) in troubleshooting mode, and also created a new profile, but the problem remained.

When I hold control on my Mac and click on a Tab the box that opens has no option to rename or to group the tabs together....I am running Firefox 138. Clearly I am missing something. It offers a function that would save me a lot of time, I hope you can help

Can you allow someone to get on my computer to help me? Or do you have a phone number I can call safely to have someone go through things with me, if I need help? It stated when I put it on that is is "poor" in terms of what you did. Maybe I am doing something wrong??

Gmail will not open with Firefox as of Wednesday 5/18/2025. I do not have any adblock extensions running.

Gmail opens fine in Chrome.

Any suggestions?

Logs out of email (gmail) after restarting the browser. I reinstalled windows and downloaded a browser, connected my account, and now when I go to gmail.com and register my mail, everything is fine, it works, but when I exit the browser and go back to gmail.com, there is nothing.

In the last few days, after some minutes of usage, parts of Firefox become unclickable:

- I can still click on tabs to change tabs. - When hovering over the cross button to close a tab, it changes appearance as it should. Clicking the button does nothing. I want to import web page bookmarks from MS Edge. I tried to do it per the settings help page, but I cannot get my firefox bookmarks to populate with the ones from my Edge browser. This problem is a deal breaker that may send me (under duress) back to MS Edge, and I really don't want that.

I like using Fire Fox (FF), but I am constantly met with resistance from different organizations which try to tell me to use MS Edge, or Google Chrome. It seems like FF is a problem for them. Now, after successfully using Fire Fox for decades, I can no longer log in to my bank account when using FF. I can use any other browser, but not Fire Fox. I've spoken to the bank, and they point the finger at FF (of course), but this time (unfortunately) I have to agree with the bank. What did FF do that now makes it impossible for me to access certain web pages, or certain features, like "logging in" to accounts?

Can you please un-F whatever you F'd up? Or, please explain to me why I can do everything the exact same way I've always done things when like using Brave, Chrome, Edge, Chrome Cast, and TOR, but can no longer do them when using FF
