i set my browser for private browsing, and now when i go back to stop private browsing ,it wont do anything, i have even tried ctrl-shift-P ,and still nothing ,can you please help me with this issue,

I downloaded the latest version of FF.

How do I undo it and go back to the previous that I am use to.

I don't kile the looks and multotab thing at the top nor do I like the little bird thing asking me to save passwords and such.

I guess I am just too use to the previsou.

I used to have a Mac with Firefox perfectly synched to my Firefox Home.

I lost all the data from my Mac (including my Sync Key). Now I'm trying to sync my Firefox bookmarks from Firefox Home to a new Mac ( I'm using Firefox 5.0.1 and Firefox Home 1.1.1. ), but the Firefox Sync plugin asks for the 'sync key' of my account.

Is there a way of obtaining the 'sync key' in Firefox Home? I could not find any way of doing it.

If I regenerate a new sync key, will I lose all my bookmarks from Firefox Home (I want to avoid this)?

When I try to login to my sync account, under the Email address box and the password box is the notation "No saved Sync Key to use" therefor I cannot log in and I have found no way to add a sync key. I tried re-registering, but it won't let me because my email address is already being used. I am about to decide this service is not worth the hassle...

I'm using Firefox version 3.6.10. Upon installation (repeatedly installed and uninstalled), I never received any prompts to create a secret phrase. I then select Tools/Sync/Preferences to manage the Firefox Sync Account. I select Manage Account and I see View Quota, Change Password, My Sync Key, Reset Sync and Stop Using This Account. There is no option to edit or create a secret phrase. Please help! I don't know where else to look or what else to do. Thanks!!

The following error message came when I tried to open Firefox and install Firefox Home.

"can't create mcafee plug-in object: TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined"

Tried to reset device...didn't work. Now the sync on my main computer gives code to enter on other device, but other device (iphone) is giving me code to enter on main computer. But, neither giving me a place to enter code. Tried to manually enter login on iphone, but says it can't connect to server.

When I changed over to the latest firefox, the tabs at the top changed too. Now I can't get back to my homepage after I go to another site from there. What do I do? Is there a toll-free no. where I can call you so you can explain it. shirley

Question I have an IPAD and a desktop.......each device is giving me a code to go to the other device and click "add a device"........it's like a vicious cycle.......can't get anywhere

I have tried to download the new version Firefox 4 3 times. it goes through loading all the files and when it'd done everything is still the same. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The newer version looks interesting and I would like to be able to use it.

I was emailed instructions for installing the free Firefox Sync add-on on my desktop. After successfully installing the add-on (Step 1) after Firefox restarted I was not prompted to create an account (Step 2). So I'm stuck.

The link downloaded Firefox 5 which shows a circle with a slash on my computer so it won't install. Will this be updated on the version I am running? v3.6.18 I am trying to sync with my iPhone. Thx
