Bitte wie kann ich dauerhaft einstellen (bei Firefox), dass Videos, die ich mir anschauen möchte, generell mit Ton starten (wie zb die ZDF Mediathek)?? Ich bitte um Hilfe, besten Dank, mfG S.Schäfer

I was receiving Directv content on Mozilla Firefox for months without issue. Suddenly it stopped completely and left a message "We couldn't play this content at this time". I don't understand why this happened or how to fix it. I want to do all my browsing with Mozilla Firefox so I need help. It would be truly excellent if I could speak to a human about this issue. Please.

All videos played on my FireFox browser are slowed. This happens on any video playing, including on YouTube, even when the video is on 1x speed and is not slowed. It has been getting progressively slower over the past months, and was not fixed after I uninstalled and reinstalled FireFox. Please kindly assist.

All of my streaming services stall on Firefox in the middle of watching regardless of what I'm on hulu, disney, espn, youtube, sirius radio. It's not my internet, which I have had checked by a technican in my house. The streaming works on Safari so it's definitely a Firefox problem. If you can't fix it, I will have to move all of my services to Safari.

I use eBird extensively. When I try to play the audio (with sonograms), I get a message that says "We are still processing this file. Try again later". These files perform well on my Android phone, so I know it it is not eBird's glitch. I am confused about the setting options on Firefox that I need to set. These files are usually .wav format. I have tried to open a ticket with eBird, but have not had a response. Can you guide me? Thanks.

After a Windows 11 update my Firefox browser no longer has any audio. The sound is turned all the way up in the Sound Mixer and I have no Bluetooth devices connected. After it initially happened I connected my Bluetooth earbuds and it worked for a few minutes before it too lost audio.

I have audio on all my other applications.

Suddenly no audio when using Firefox. Only setting I can find says audio is allowed from all websites. There are no websites listed on that settings page. Audio works fine using other browsers. Any thoughts?

On a website I've been using for years to watch live streams on animals explore.org, I now am getting a screen saying 'Playback isn't supported on this device' but I've not changed any original settings....please help.
