Hi -- I'm getting quite a few page crashes that seem mostly tied to YouTube, although not exclusively. I only recently swapped over to Firefox from Chrome because I was having similar crashing issues with that browser as well. This is after a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro and a number of different benchmark tests (no known issues with CPU, GPU, or RAM).

Since there are so many reports that all seem different, could someone help troubleshoot? I really can't tell if it's a browser problem, maybe something with my MOBO or PSU or other hardware.

Firefox crashes whenever my computer goes to sleep. I am running windows 11 and have been for years. This problem showed up a few months ago. The crash then screws up other apps and I have to restart my computer to fix it.

Hey, I've been experiencing my YouTube and Twitch tabs crashing almost every 20-40 minutes and it's been kind of annoying.

Does anyone know if the crashes are because of my drivers or Windows not being up to date? Never had this issue with Opera before.

I've been using Firefox all morning. Now, for some unknown reason, every time I start it up, it immediately crashes Windows. I mean, within 1 second or so. There's no time to do anything. After the fourth crash in a row, I just restarted Windows again. It was humming along happily for 10 minutes or so, and then crashed as soon as I started Firefox. After the first crash, the first thing it did was update, but that didn't fix anything. I'd love to share data with you but I'm forced to use Edge right now.

When playing a YouTube video and attempting to open a new tab, Firefox consistently crashes. This was also occurring with Picture-in-Picture mode.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I upgraded my Dell PC to Windows 11 yesterday via Windows Update, since support for Windows 10 is ending. Now Firefox crashes often when I close the browser. Everything works fine while I'm using Firefox, it's only when I close the browser that sometime later I will get a crash message on my desktop. I have tried uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling it, and the problem persists. From what I can tell, there's some process which is ongoing after the browser is closed, which isn't terminating properly and that's why it's crashing.
