I have been unable to login to my online financial accounts for some time (at least a month or two). I use LastPass password manager, and get an error whenever using Firefox. I have no problem when I use Chrome. I have used Firefox for a long time, and hope I don't have to change because of these types of problems.

I have a link provided by a web site I use. Through Firefox it takes me to a Mimecast authentication screen that asks for my email, then tells me to contact my IT department. This is my home internet. I can access the link through Safari. I'm stumped.

I have been trying to log in to a newspaper website for which I have a subscription. This used to work in Firefox without a problem, but for a while now I have been encountering the problem that when I open the website the usual options "Subscribe" and "Log In" are missing. The "Log In" option is available when I open the website in Microsoft Edge. I have attached screenshots showing the missing links.

I have tried troubleshooting and opening in Safe Mode to disable any add-ons but still without success. I am hoping that there may be a simple solution and would appreciate any help.

I am using Windows 11 and Firefox 133.0.3 (64-bit).

Why am I getting this. I am sole user of my laptop and don't use Edge?

I was able to login to ChatGPT before January 30, 2025.

I run Firefox on Windows 10. Currently I am using Firefox 135.0 which seems to be creating problems with Authentication Errors with ChatGPT.

Some extensions I had at the time are:

Firefox Multi-Container Tabs BitDefender Traffic Light AdGuard Terms of Service Didn't Read Print Friendly and MeasureIt.

These are all extensions I actually use.

And prior to January 30, 2025, I did not have a problem.

But ever since then I have not been able to login to ChatGPT due to Authentication Errors. I signed up using my email and password and never use anything else to login.

I am not using a VPN.

I cleared my Cache.

I disabled my Extensions.

I tried to login in a Private Window.

I even refreshed Firefox and it still would not work.

I have contacted ChatGPT's support team and they suggested I try a different browser and Chrome worked.

But I don't want to use Google if I can avoid it.

Please help me with this.

Good day, NASCAR.com is the only site so far I've come across that I cannot scroll the site. I haven't been able to scroll for at least a week now. If I switch to Edge I can and I hate using Edge for the popup's that I cannot get rid of there. Thanks for any assistance...

I have Windows 11 on my Desktop PC and an up to date version of Firefox.

On two separate occasions I attempted to download past statements from two different credit card websites. Both times the requested statement failed to download, or even proceed to the next screen.

I called Customer Service for one of the Credit Cards and was told to try Google Chrome. I was forced to use Google Chrome to successfully download and view the requested statements.

I have been able to download and view the same information from the same websites in the recent past.

Could something have been changed in the Settings or what?

I have lately found two sites where I cannot log in using Firefox but can, using another browser (Chrome). I get variations of an error message saying a technical problem has been encountered and try again later. I have tried clearing cache and cookies but it doesn't help. I am using version 134.0 (64-bit) running under Windows 11, version 24H2. Has anyone else had this problem? I want to keep using Firefox but this is getting inconvenient.

Up until 2 days ago, I had no issues accessing my yahoo email accounts (sbcglobal.net through At&T) I had done nothing different re settings. I rebooted my modem and my computer several times. I deleted old history which I do several times a week anyway. I called AT&T support team but they just suggested logging on to another browser. So I tried Edge and was able to access the emails successfully. I even "refreshed" Firefox and nothing changed except I had to replace several quick links. I checked for updates and discovered my Firefox browser is up to date. My Android cell phone has no issues with the emails. I have one on Firefox browser and one with Chrome on my cell phone and no issues with either one. I have been using the same log in link for many years. I even explored the new way to log in called "Currently.com" for yahoo mail. Still won't work on Firefox. But it does work on Edge. I would prefer to continue using Firefox for browser but need to use Edge til I figure this out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (BTW wifi IS on and the connection for everything else works fine.

Hello, I am suffering from an odd issue when using twitch.tv. In short, when viewing peoples streams, my video feed will usually turn into colorful static (aka "clown vomit"). I suspect that the issue is coming from Firefox, but I can't be certain. I am using a newly-bought laptop and the issue could be caused by a large number of things, theoretically. Here is what I know:

• When viewing on twitch.tv with quality 360p or higher, the video feed will usually (95%) become colorful static within 1 minute or less. When this happens, the video feed does not ever recover until page is refreshed or quality is changed. (I know a bit about video encoding, so this seems extremely odd to me, if it were due to a networking thing that lost some packets, a full-image frame should come alone sooner or later and fix things, but that never seems to happen)
• The video feed is far less likely to become corrupted when viewing at 160p, but can still happen.
• The ads may become corrupted in the same way that the main video feed can.
• When the feed is corrupted, the rest of the Twitch interface (pause/play, volume, quality select) is extremely laggy.
• When the feed is corrupted, if I pause the stream, sometimes the paused corrupted image is not completely stationary! There will be flickering in small portions of the image, looking similar to texture fighting in 3d rendering, flickering between two equally-but-differently corrupted versions of the image
• The issue never appears when using Chrome to watch twitch.tv. This is what makes me think Firefox is the culprit, not Twitch or networking or graphics drivers.
• Disabling my browser addons does not help.
• Private browsing window does not help.
• Clearing my browser cache does not help.
• I have had the issue happen on Youtube exactly once in 2 weeks, not sure if that's related or not, I think it was a normal "lost some network traffic but fixed itself the next time a full frame was received" thing.
• Video live streams on Youtube don't get corrupted the way they do on Twitch.

Can someone please give me advice for how to fix this? Has anyone seen anything like this before? Is there a way for me to get deeper under the hood of either Twitch or Firefox and more closely debug the video stream when it fails?

all searches I have done to try and resolve seem to be 2019 or older with the 2024 being locked.

I type in yahoo.com, do a search yahoo, they all come up the same message. anything yahoo related I cannot load. and get this same message.

I run malware byte and Ccleaner neither solved this issue

I use Microsoft edge and have no issues.

I use the IRS form filler to pay my taxes...have for years with Firefox browser. This year (for 2024 return) when I sign into the site the 1040 form does not display correctly. the boxes are to the right and below the actual placement. I emailed IRS who said it is a setting in Firefox. I tried the site using Microsoft EDGE and it displays correctly. I have searched for possible solutions and tried them all like using/on and off excelerator, letting Firefox chose size and colors of sites, turned off Noton etc. I posted another question here but no replies or looks so maybe I did something wrong so I will try to post again. I have W10 fully updated and Firefox too up to date. I understand I could use Edge but never had to and prefer to use Firefox as I have before. any suggestions would be appreciated or where I can report a possible issue with Firefox. I can't watch Twitch live stream and videos after updated.When I watching live stream on Twitch, the stream start showing some old tv effect but in colours green. I thought was Twitch problem, then I changed to watch video from my college by using their website. But it still has that effect. But I can watch Youtube videos with no problems. Then i changed to use Microsoft Edge to watch Twitch, surprisingly with no problem. I already updated to the latest version in Firefox. Can anyone help me Please. Thank You

Since the latest update of Firefox (version 135.0.1) when writing an e-mail the lines keep dropping down automatically at random intervals.

The e-mail host we are using is Polaris Mail, which is through our website provider.

To make sure it wasn't an issue with polaris mail, i have logged into our emails through microsoft edge and they have worked perfectly fine.

Hello, When I view some pages with inline video graphics, I see a garbled video frame. I have attached a screen grab from part of one screen. I have no issues with YouTube or other videos. It's just the graphics of some webpages such as looking at an Apple product on their site. I have not had this issue using Chrome under the same conditions. It's like I have a corrupted Codec or something. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
