Hi, I'm very lost as to why Firefox has suddenly starting crashing on me very frequently over the past 3 or so days, after Firefox's latest update. I first noticed it when I tried watching streams on Twitch, then I also noticed it on YouTube, and then when casually browsing Reddit. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps:

• I've made sure Windows is up to date
• Firefox is up to date
• My drivers are all up to date
• There are no viruses/malware/any issues with my firewall settings and computer security, I've tested and checked everything
• The crashes DO still happen in Troubleshooting Mode
• I've checked my RAM using Windows Memory Diagnostic for errors and there are none
• I've refreshed Firefox, I've cleared my cache, I've done an entire clean uninstall and reinstall of Firefox
• I'm able to watch streams, videos, and browse Reddit just fine on my other devices and on Google Chrome. This is only an issue I'm encountering with Firefox, which is super disappointing because I've never had a single issue in the past several years I've been using it as my browser ):

I've submitted so many crash reports because it's been crashing so often, but here's the Report ID of the most recent: bp-0b0dac91-ec69-4c9e-a8c0-a622b0220116

I'm so confused and have no idea why this is happening. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

However, when I enter a secondary email, (AlexR@currently.com) a red popup message says: account already exists.

How can I eliminate msrigg@pacbell.net? How can I replace it with AlexR@currently.com?

Despite all the topics on this matter, my Firefox still does not play netflix and hulu. Do I have to go to a chromium browser? I prefer Firefox, but not enough to stay if I cannot stream on it.

Hello, i had microsoft edge since i bought my laptop which i usually get rid of instantly. But recently i started getting these errors especially trying to go to the T-mobile website. The errors i'm getting are " Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.t-mobile.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR " . Any idea how to fix this?

I have two desktop computers and both Firefox accounts are in my name. I have had this site up for years. Now when I click on one specific web site it won't come up unless I got to Firefox's web browser and click on the three bars, and under my name click on sync now. Then the site comes up. The problem is I have to do this each time, on each computer. I have tried all kinds of troubleshooting to no avail. Help.

My appearance settings are set to dark mode but Firefox is only displaying in light mode. I've tried downloading various dark mode extensions to fix this, but they only seem to work on websites other than the firefox homepage or settings.

I opened up Mozilla and noticed that my bookmarks bar was empty and can't figure out why my bookmarks are "gone" (but still registered by Firefox), or how to put them back into my bookmarks bar. The only thing I can think of that might have caused this is that I accidentally clicked on the "Import bookmarks" button at some point during the last time I was using Firefox, but I'm not sure if that would cause my bookmarks to disappear.

Is there any way to restore my bookmarks bar?

I enabled print both sides but it only printed one side. Chrome printed both sides. In reading the blogs about printing issues there are a lot printing issues some similar to mine. See attached screen shot

Is there any way to enable/disable the "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above" setting on a per-site basis? Thanks.

Every time I enter a web address in the address bar, up pops two desktop options (even though I do not have my extra monitor connected any longer). I have to manually click on the desktop I want. Only then can I complete typing in the address. This is driving me crazy. I have turned off all 'suggestions' settings that I can possibly think of. I can find no way to turn this off. This never happened in any previous version of Firefox.

Message I get is "Secure connection failed". I go to help-->troubleshoot-->refresh. It usually works once then next time it is the same. I've tried troubleshoot-->troubleshoot but that doesn't help either, I end up refreshing and then back to square one. Appreciate your help to a non-techie.

a few days ago Firefox (probably on update) deleted all my ten years of saved passwords and logins. This is BEYOND IRRESPONSIBLE from them. What am I supposed to do know?

I am on MacOS X with the latest firefox. I refreshed it and disabled AV and all plugins, it still crashed.

There are also no logs of the crashes I can find.

What should I do to enable them, or diagnose further?

I have Windows 10. Since the last update Firefox has been running very slowly, and scrolling is nearly impossible. I have done everything suggested in troubleshooting including refreshing and and eliminating startup cache. Still Firefox will only run normally in troubleshoot mode. This is true on my desktop in my office. My laptop at home won't scroll in PDF using the up and down buttons but will still do so with the mouse. Other than that, it still runs at the normal speed. At my office I'm using version 96.0.1 (64 bit); I'm not at home to check my laptop.

Hello, I hope this message finds you and the entire team as well as your loved ones safe and well. Yesterday after I restarted my computer, either firefox keeps crashing or a signle tab will crash . Please find screengrab attached.

address bar turned pink and has a robot on the left hand side of the address bar??

ive refreshed and reinstalled, neither has worked.
