When I want to print something, I can only save it. If I use a different browser it works fine. How can I fix it?
can I change settings so Firefox will show printer when I left click? It also won't show my ink settings (generic not Brothers) and now won't print at all.

when printing a page from Firefox,, normal default printer settings is "fit to page" which is fine for 99% of time But,, when i switch to scale 100%, this setting is ignored and the page prints still with the "fit to page"
Switching to use "Edge" as browser and doing the exact same print,,,, printout scales to 100% and is perfect
Took me while to isolate this problem and all attempts at firefox settings etc have no effect The issue is re-producible on multiple computers and multiple printers
Please advise otherwise i will have to continue to use MsEdge for this one task Rick L

I have two shops on Etsy. From what I understand, I cannot access them both from the same browser, so I have Google Chrome for one and Firefox for the other. However, I have had a lot of trouble printing invoices and shipping labels from Etsy. When I hit print in Etsy, the invoices and labels are sent to Word and then there is some corruption. Yesterday, the shipping label was too small and the top portion was filled with Chinese language and not English. The rest of the label was in English. Is there a reason why the forms will not print directly from Etsy in Firebox? Transferring the files to Word (this is done by Firefox) makes a process that should be quick and easy a pain in the neck. Can this be resolved or I am going to need to use another browser. Thanks. We print a report from an application, and the application allows the user the option to print the "title" of the report. Once the option to print the title is selected and print report is executed, the report displays in the browser, which can then be printed to a printer. On one machine using Mozilla, everything works as it should, but on a second machine that we are starting to use, even though "print the title" is selected, the title does not appear on the final print output.
In other browsers I see a "page setup" option and that is where I can select "Title" and position where I want it to appear on printed output, and I suspect Firefox must have the same settings, but for the life of me, I can't seem to find it.
I've included the images of the various stages that we are trying to achieve with Firefox on the new machine.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In the past I've been able to print pages generated from websites, such as ... https://www.bridgebum.com/short_suit_game_try.php
I recently used a well know "cleaner" to remove broken links etc ... Since then I've been unable to print these generated pages. I can still print documents that I've created. mail etc so it's not the connection between my PC (Windows 10) and the printer (canon TR7560)
I've tried the troubleshooting ideas in FAQ. I've reinstalled (without uninstalling) Firefox but neither helped.

Firefox will not longer close without also closing my pinned tabs which pretty much defeats the purpose of pinning tabs for later and makes it much harder to keep track of things. I didn't notice the first time and lost my pinned tabs that had been there for months, I immediately put them back but now everytime I try exiting firefox it informs me i'm about to close however many tabs are open + the pinned tabs. Does anyone know how to solve the problem/what might be causing it.

I am trying to download videos from a site that I newly subscribed to. The videos do stream perfectly. The files do not download as video files and will not open at all. When I click on the download link, there is no recognition of a download happening and when I check my files later I have an "internet" file showing with a title but without a video file extension and nothing will open. The file extension is ".html". I am following the step by step instructions from the site involved. Other sites videos are downloading as expected.
Does firefox need to be my default browser? Any suggestions how to remedy this without losing what is working? Are there plug-ins that can address this issue?
Thanks.

Hi everyone, I’m managing an online bill information website, and some users reported an issue when they try to download or print a PDF bill using Firefox. Sometimes the print preview doesn’t load, or the layout breaks, while it works normally on other browsers.
Is there any recommended Firefox setting, extension, or workaround to prevent this issue? Also, is there a specific print CSS or PDF format Firefox prefers to handle better?
If testing is required, this is an example page where users reported the problem: https://fescoebillcheck.pk/
Thanks in advance for any guidance.

When paying credit card accounts owned by Synchrony Bank (eg J C Penney, Care Credit), after making payment, displayed receipt is too long for one page, and critical data spills over into what would be the second page. There is no site-provided Print control, and when I try to use the Print control on the toolbar, the print dialog opens up, displaying the correct number of pages (usually two, sometimes three), but displaying the image of the first page on each page. When I select pages 1 and 2 for printing, page 1 prints on all pages of the paper.
Synchrony Bank has been informed of this multiple times over the past year, and they refuse to look at the problem, saying it's "my browser." So is there any way to prove it's their problem, or can you put pressure on them to fix the problem? I am reduced to waiting for the email receipt to appear and print THAT (of course, I hold the web site open until it does), and for my last payment the email never appeared!
It wouldn't be so bad if they put the critical numbers at the top of the page, but they always have some art work and other constant content that takes up more than half the page (it also wastes ink, but that is a minor concern), as if they want to force users to print on legal paper.
I will submit the debugging information the next time I make a payment to one of these cards (the problem does not appear when printing any other web page, ONLY the payment receipt).
