Firefox stores certain temporary data in a startup cache to improve startup speed. Clearing the startup cache and then restarting Firefox can sometimes fix various issues, such as mixed languages in the user interface after an update. This will not change your profile data or add-ons.

There seems to be a glitch that I keep encountering when trying to sign in through my TV provider, particularly Verizon, to watch DisneyNOW or TCM or any other service for that matter. The website known as "ssoauth.verizon.com" seems to keep hanging on the message "Please wait - we are verifying your account," and the sign in never gets completed. I already tried clearing my cache and history but with no result.

Even trying to submit troubleshooting information is causing the form to crash here. If you would like, I can send you a text file containing the log I saved from the browser console.

My bookmarks suddenly disappeared. I tried to use the troubleshooting guide for "My Bookmarks have Disappeared" bold textbut when I click on <Manage Bookmarks> step nothing happens. Also, when I click on the star to make a bookmark, nothing happens.

I noticed I cannot log on to amazon.ca or shaw.ca anymore on firefox, why?

When I logged in this morning my FireFox screen had changed. The window for searches had disappeared and the "pocket" selections were all about India and its events. None of the previous options were there. What happened and how do I get back to where things were?

When I open mail.yahoo.com, I keep getting: "Something went wrong,We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device." what should I do? any other browser works fine, just firefox is block, I might stop using it very soon.

I have a two monitor setup. Since I installed the new AMD driver (26.1.1), sometimes when I play a game on my main monitor, and watch stream on Twitch in Firefox on my second monitor, it can cause the PC to freeze completely. I hear the sound, but the image is stuck.

I tried to disable the hardware acceleration in Firefox, and it seemed like a good solution. But because of that (which is its function), sites became laggy.

Is this a Firefox, or an AMD issue? Or Windows (I'm on Windows 11 25H2)? I will try to install an older AMD driver, but honestly streams had became laggy before the driver update for me.

The connection is that i clicked on what i would call an investment solicitation from an Outlook email i received from Eunice.io

There are a few clickable hot-links in my email that return same error code. They might be gathering a lot of digital data about me but otherwise i believe not 100% but 99% theyre safe THX,,, my email : [email removed]@LiVE.COM P.S. - if i input more than 255 characters in the "Please summarize your question in one sentence box : Please summarize your question in one sentence:" ,,, multiple attempts to correct that wont clear the error msg!!!,,, pass it on : )

Have tried different solutions like Malware product and cleaning cashe and cookies. When I search a known safe site I get redirect by Convertitmas stating the (known safe) site is unsafe. Best regards Henrik Nygaard
