I can't access "settings." When I click "Settings" a faint shadow around the edges of my screen appears, but the actual page does not load. Sometimes, Firefox itself won't open for several days so I've had to start using an alternate browser when this happens. Is this a known issue?
I cannot increase the font size from Settings. I am a Mac Air user .

I regularly use a website which intercepts command-option-up and command-option-down for its own navigation. This is a central part of my workflow with this website, and without it it becomes completely unusable.
After updating to Firefox 140.0.4, these shortcuts are now used by the browser to switch tabs. I have not found any way to configure this. Am I missing some obscure way to do this or is this just impossible?
I imagine this change was made to support vertical tabs, but I'm not using those, so the command-option-left and command-option-right shortcuts make more sense for my horizontal setup. (I don't use those shortcuts either, though- I use ctrl-tab and ctrl-shift-tab!)

I was logged into my mozilla account on my old browser before I lost it, but I'm not seeing any of my old tabs, bookmarks, and extensions from my old browser syncing to my new browser. Is there anything I can do to retrieve this data without having access to my old laptop? Thank to anyone who can help!

Yesterday I opened Firefox and found that it had completed a factory reset (without asking me) and I have lost all of my data and settings, particularly from plugins (Simple Tab Groups for example). I have a folder called Old Firefox Data on my desktop, and I have copied the files into the profiles folder from about:support, but I have still lost all my settings.
This is extremely frustrating and will take a lot of time to get everything back to how it was. Please let me know how to restore to my old state.

I am about ready to delete Firefox and use another browser.
