Dropdown menu changed to "Translate selection to French. Has always been "Translate selection to English". I use it all the time. I don't think I changed anything. How can I set it back to English? Tried this: "To change the translation selection back to English in Firefox, go to the Language section in the General panel of Firefox settings, select English from the dropdown menu, and restart Firefox. This will revert the translation settings to English." Didn't work. System language is English (CA).

My chosen language is English, with French second and US English third. I want to set French as my translation language but when I select 'Translation Settings' I am presented with a menu that only allows Removal of languages. How do I Add a language ? In this case French.

I have downloaded downloaded language packs English UK and French France, but when I spell check in Mozilla the only option in the open menu for language there is only English US to use even though the other two preferred languages have been downloaded. Am I missing a trick to activate the languages so that they show in my language menu when spell checking?

Very frustrating that I only have a default of US considering I am in France and use French and UK English.

Dlaczego w ostatnich wersjach przeglądarki brak możliwości dodania do paska adresu ikony tłumaczenia strony z innego języka ?.. W poprzednich wersjach, jeszcze nie tak dawno - była ! Podobno ma się ona pokazywać automatycznie gdy Firefox wykryje stronę w języku innym niż ustawiony jako domyślny język interfejsu i komunikatów - nie pokazuje się automatycznie, lub Firefox nie wykrywa języka w jakim wyświetla się strona. Za to - w "hamburgerze" (przycisku Ustawień w górnym prawym rogu) pojawiła się opcja "Przetłumacz stronę" - 1 kliknięcie "hamburger", 2 kliknięcie "przetłumacz stronę", 3 kliknięcie - potwierdź polecenie przetłumaczenia strony .... bez sensu !!! Zamiast jednego kliknięcia w ikonkę na pasku adresu !

Żadne to ułatwienie, czy polepszenie komfortu użytkowania przeglądarki - powinno to być poprawione natychmiast i wrócić do poprzedniej formy ikonki wyświetlanej właśnie na pasku adresu !

When I write emails or whatsapp messages Firefox signals as false all the words that don't conform English orthography. I would like to switch language either automatically or quickly. What do I have to do?

I have installed the English GB language for spellchecking, but it doesnt show in the dropdown menu. It only shows Dutch.

Nach dem Update vom Oktober kann Firefox nicht mehr auf Deutsch angezeigt werden. Die Umstellung auf Deutsch in den Einstellungen haben keine Wirkung. Was ist zu tun?

Tôi nhận thấy hiện nay trình duyệt đã hỗ trợ dịch từ tiếng Việt sang tiếng Anh, nhưng chiều ngược lại thì chưa có. Rất mong cộng đồng hoặc đội ngũ phát triển có thể chia sẻ thêm thông tin về việc liệu tính năng này có nằm trong kế hoạch phát triển tương lai hay không, và nếu có thì dự kiến khi nào sẽ ra mắt. It's checked in settings, the US english language pack is installed, I did the about:config thing as well and it's still not working. Oh yeah, also used troubleshoot mode - turned off all addons - and still doesn't work.

If I search for something else it comes up in English. I have gone to settings and set my default as English. I have followed all the instructions, but I still get French. How can I change this. I am not French speaking.
