I am using Firefox version 64.0 build ID 20181206201918 on Windows 10 version 1803 build 17134.407.

When visiting 4chan.org images in the popular threads section will not load however when visiting 4channel.org the images in the popular threads section load fine.

I briefly looked at the source code for both pages and I am unable to see any difference as to why this is happening.

When I visit the same sites in Chrome there are no problems.

The troubleshooting I have gone through so far is to refresh firefox (that made no difference), and change the names for the following folders:

%appdata%\Mozilla\Extensions

%appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox

%LocalAppData%Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

That also made no difference.

Can anyone replicate this problem? If so, is it a bug in Firefox when encountering certain code?

I have attached screen shots of the websites in question showing you what I am seeing.

edit: So I forgot to mention that after renaming the folders for Firefox, effectively resetting it and removing all customization, I immediately tried the web pages in question making no changes to Firefox.

http://10.224.219.149/# is a Brennan B2 www.brennan.co.uk for a machine look. It is a local wireless node on the router (a 1 Terra byte) that has 50 internal domains for wireless 'objects'. The Modems are Linksys. The wireless music box (many hundreds of CD's are stored there ) and the web page is a user interface that ONLY is available within this large/long internet for our home. This one (router) is third in a string. It is in a metal building that houses our large library and my office. The House has two other routers , one from the ISP and the other another 1T router. So my wife in the house can't reach this nor can you unless you tunnel into this computer attached to that router by hard wire. I'm running Cat 6 throughout the house and use both wire and WiFi. Power line hard wire is also in use for many objects that demand connection. This internal intranet device has been working for a year or more. The latest version of update forced upon us and without notice first of what was changed did kill my device from access. I even downloaded a new website today on the Raspberry Pi computer that is the Brennan B2 that didn't help. I need access to my music box to add and edit data.

Hello-

Firefox doesn't save my history with Quantum 64. This is is really frustrating. I had this issue prior to installing Quantum earlier this year. The minute Midnight strikes on my computer and start up FF it only reveals "Yesterday" history but nothing further back in date. I even tried changing the date back a few days for a moment and no previous history appeared. So there is nothing wrong with my clock/date.

Here's what I have done to try to correct /investigate this:

1. Restored FF Quantum. 2. Deleted all the Places.sqlite files and restarted FF to refresh them. 3. Checked Norton 360 to make sure History Clean Up is OFF. 4. Disabled Malwarebytes, IOBIT's Advance System Care 12 and similar programs for a couple of days. 5. I've had this issue before and even tried to reinstall FF and that didn't do anything.

6. Verify Integrity Results:

For instance this morning, National Post says I've looked at one free page with ad-blocking, and I'll be limited unless I subscribe or disable ad-blocking. I would disable ad-blocking but I have been unable to figure out how to do it, even following their instructions. Their instructions (which are typical of sites who give this notification) are:

"If you are using Firefox Private Browsing with Tracking Protection, a shield icon is displayed to the left of the Firefox address bar. Tracking Protection blocks ads from being displayed.

   1. Click the shield icon to the left of the address bar.
   2. Select Disable protection for this session.
   3. Click Done below to close this window and refresh the page. "

When I go to Firefox, I don't find what they're talking about. I did find the shield, but I didn't see Disable protection. Under Options/Browser Privacy, I see Content Blocking, but that only addresses Trackers and Third-party Cookies. Under Permissions, I have Block Pop-Up Windows selected, and wonder if that's what I need to disable. Under Security, there are three categories, none of which seem wise to disable. I just don't see options that match the instructions. And I don't see a "refresh" button for saving my changes. How do I get this done? Thanks.

Hi FIrefox team, I have a Windows 10 display computer system that is switched on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It uses multiple Firefox windows to display charts and images, 10 windows in total.

Every morning, I come in to office and discover that most of the Firefox windows are displaying the "Gah! Something crashed." message. It gives a convenient blue button to reload all the tabs, but I would like to find out what is causing the crash and prevent crashes in the first place.

Here is a list of my submitted crash reports: bp-c5d9f2c2-5bc6-41de-bddd-7c0200190118 bp-bf25e5a0-cad1-4074-8ddf-929b10190118 bp-5674a715-89c3-4640-8047-73acb0190118 bp-442bc27e-1060-44e1-bb76-04aaa0190118 bp-20d258a7-7024-4598-871b-1462b0190118 bp-df21407f-8e9c-497f-a5da-1b3b40190118 bp-2a1bfd31-ba3b-4fa9-85dc-5b6330190118 bp-1c94d311-0d2c-40d1-b8d3-98ad40190118 bp-dad18dc2-80cd-4c09-911f-cfc2e0190118 bp-0b9f5eb9-9296-435a-a81e-4dca50190118 bp-8550c9ad-fc92-4fed-b18f-b08ef0190118 bp-b804dffd-357c-4cd0-8775-802240190118 bp-f0cbc689-173a-4985-9e2c-533b40190118 bp-53a5b4a9-cbaa-4acb-9e2d-5d3730190118 bp-444ace91-f119-4b07-abe3-52aa90190118 bp-91f59963-c384-40a8-bda0-3742d0190118 bp-ef79359b-d874-4fdc-a13f-2f8bc0190118 bp-41e45dec-df7e-426f-9ce5-79ede0190118 bp-0b6cb5b4-63ee-4961-a932-26d110190118 bp-8f1a7b0c-dae5-4267-a429-090cc0190118 bp-f926a9f2-c18b-498e-9124-c5d610190118 bp-8fdfd938-2455-4e35-a2ff-6fb390190118 bp-0d1d06d6-6b02-4120-993c-7855c0190118 bp-8216efb6-cfd6-4a3a-99a6-e906d0190118 bp-75055862-9253-4203-9540-4b56c0190118 bp-72d4461c-2dec-4b9a-aa77-886100190118 bp-0d595bae-c31e-43f4-8595-3628d0190118 bp-c0ad0570-4c66-4934-a3b8-10db00190118 bp-3d223716-1228-45f8-be6e-5e8d00190118 bp-2a0eeb33-7fd3-4bb9-9126-4ea230190118 bp-7645df77-c345-4125-962c-28bf30190118 bp-ee38c9ba-8af3-4ddb-b934-69ed00190118 bp-1fdb3c66-997d-4a09-9b8f-cb6b50190118 bp-d1b04b46-63ff-4a55-865a-35c8e0190118 bp-f0c7172e-0ae2-4b49-ba14-12e230190118 bp-829bd3f3-01a1-45bf-9be0-9511b0190118 bp-497479cc-613e-46c6-941a-27a400190118 bp-8f56cbd1-ad54-430e-b3de-76a3f0190118 bp-fc5b34f4-5d78-46a0-9117-fc5e80190118 bp-918b8676-4980-44a5-bba7-c60910190118 bp-0469f739-7f32-4438-9424-981350190118 bp-496588b4-2e69-4b07-b010-9b7090190118 bp-d05d2e63-cf38-47d9-b8f4-6c5bd0190118 bp-e540a4ed-25a2-491f-a100-cbef70190116 bp-5eca4c71-757f-486e-b341-110b20190109 bp-aaa90706-fc2d-44d4-8374-d82280181218 bp-b395dcab-4f78-4f05-b5ed-a0e4a0181213 bp-9b50ee2f-401b-4d5b-accf-578230181206

My system: Windows 10 Version 1809. Firefox version: 64.0

HI.

I'm looking for code I can insert into a userChrome.css file to change the color of the top of the Firefox browser to a light/medium blue. I have the menu bar toolbar and also the tab bar on top of the browser that need to be colored this way. I also need the menu bar text (file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, tools, help) and text that appears in tabs and the minimize maximize close buttons all colored black.

I would like to make it appear like in the image below.

This actually used to be the way that Windows 10 colored FF when you select the windows 10 background and let it choose an accent color. But starting with Windows 10 version 1809 it has changed the way it colors it... making it a very dark blue. Trying to customize the color lighter via personalization settings yields problems in other elements like start menu since it makes everything lighter. I could also just use a Firefox theme but I'd rather not and try and do it via userchrome.

This is what I have so far:

toolbar#TabsToolbar {

   -moz-appearance: none !important;
   background-color: #30A8F0 !important;

}

  1. toolbar-menubar, #menubar-items, #main-menubar {

background-color: #30A8F0 !important; background-image: none !important; }

This makes the menu bar and tab bar blue but the text on tabs, the menu bar and the minimize close buttons are all white. Is there code I can add to makes them black like in the image below?

Thank you.

I CAN install and run and out of date Firefox browser, but I've been having PC issues thought maybe running the old browser was the cause of my issues, but it isn't because I'm now using Firefox Quantum 64.0.2 (64-bit), and my PC issues still persist. This problem is unrelated to the problem I am talking about today, which starts below:

The new problem I am having is that a couple of days ago, it just started, no Youtube comments load when I click on a video to watch. If I click on the notification bell, I can read the comments in there, and if I click to watch a video I commented on, if that video has 525 comments, I might be able to see 30 or 40 of those comments.

If I go to www.youtube.com and left click on a video to watch, no comments load. The video loads fine, and I can watch videos. When I scroll down, there is no loading circle, and no comments.

I went to Internet Explorer, and in Youtube, all comments are showing up. On my phone, all comments are showing up. Today I had notifications that some of my previous comments were liked.

I'm running Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1, 32GB RAM, AMD FX-8300, Nvidia GTX 970 4GB GDDR5, on board sound, on board lan. Firefox addons are Adblock Plus and Quick Dial. I was running this version of Firefox just fine, and a couple of days ago, I noticed that the comments aren't showing up. I had both of these addons installed, and comments did show up, now they aren't.

I also lost all my tools like the printer button. However I know how to configure it to get my tools back under Customization. I need to know if there is a way to update where I don't have to redo everything especially customizing my tabs to be curved as someone sent me steps on here and I only did it once so I would need the steps again.

When you update you should not lose your settings and customization's.

Can someone help me update correctly where everything sync 's with what my current version has?

Hi

A very helpful user on this forum helped me get a good, long and wide list of suggestions, when you type something in the address bar of Firefox. This was done with userChrome.css. But now it doesn't really work anymore, as you would be able to see, if I could get uploading a screen shot to work...

PS: I think this forum worked a lot better about a year ago. 1. The background colors structured the contents. Making it a lot easier to read. 2. When I search for existing threads on a subject, I get more and more search-results the more search words I type... That seems extremely stupid! I enter more search-terms to NARROW down my search, not to broaden it!
