For the past six weeks I have been trying to play haf.asx (video/x-ms-asf Object) on firefox but just can't get it working. When ever I go to hymns and favorites eg it try connect then stops, the site keep trying but just won't connect. Why is this so? I have all the plugin needed.

The problem is actually explained in the title. However, I'll repeat it with some modification.
When I type something in my address bar, I'm expecting to be redirected to Google search results, if entered string isn't an actual web address. That's what I'm used to for quite some time in FF now. As opposed, when I now enter something in address bar, I get this opened: http://something/ Obviously, not something that's much appreciated.
Please check this link before you direct me to set keyword search via about:config, because I think that this is the way it was before, while everything was working.

On the rare occasions when Firefox crashes and I restart it I often end up getting the same problem that led to the initial crash because Firefox tries to restore all the windows from the previous session. I looked in the preferences but couldn't find a way to change this behavior. I don't want it to try and re-open old windows when it restarts, just go to my home page and let me reopen windows manually. Can I set that somehow?

If I open a new email from my inbox it takes a while to load then I can't read the email because this stupid Bing search bar pops up where the email would be and I can't see the original message. This same Bing search bar shows up in place of a new tab. I downloaded video viewing software related to bing from the internet yesterday and I think this is the source of my problem. It's particularly a problem with video streaming (eg 4od), the sound stays on but the pictures freeze until i move the cursor again

I am trying to configure Firefox so I can use my CAC card reader with it. My problem is when I try to load a module under Tools>Options>Advanced>Encryption>Security Devices. When I try to load acpkcs201.dll (or any of the other alternate .dll files) I get an error message that says "Unable to load module".
When I try to use the DoD Configuration 1.2 add-on from forge.mil, it also is unable to make this configuration.
The CAC reader and software works fine under Chrome and IE. The only problem is the .dll wont load up in Firefox using the add-on or manually.
Does anyone know how to make this module load properly?
