Hello there.A couple of days ago my windows pc session creashed.After rebooting i attempted to log on but everything was different.All my bookmarks were disappeared and all my saved pages were not appearing.There was a yellow triangle appearing on the right side of the program mentioning the i was disconnected from my account..I attempted to use my account i used the correct credentials but it Never send me the pin code in order to reauthorize and re access my account. My ios mozilla sessions is operating fine so far and this is the one posting right now! Im looking forward for your reply in order to gain access again on my pc.Thank you!

I have 3 computers (2 desktops, 1 laptop). I want to permanently delete approx 300 unused/unneeded passwords. I deleted them from computer #1, then logged out of Firefox. The new count was 346 passwords.

I went to the second computer, deleted approx the same number from computer #2. The new count was 324 passwords I returned to computer # 1 and logged back into Firefox.

Within a short time, computer #1 is at 759 passwords, and computer 2 is at 691 passwords.

How do I get the deletions to be permanent? It's the second pass at doing this and I'm FRUSTRATED.

I did an hardreset to my computer yesterday, today I logged in to my FireFox account and now all of my stuff (History, Passwords, Bookmarks) are from 2020. I don't have any backup, what do I do?

Many questions and answers I see regarding the sync function. I would like to know the depth of what Firefox does. I have multiple PC's and an Android. What is the depth of sync for extensions? Is it possible to have mirror images of the entire Firefox setup duplicated? It would be spectacular to move from one PC to the other and find that Firefox has the exact same setup.

I've been using Firefox home content shortcuts usefully on my Windows system. I installed Ubuntu on Vmware last night and synced Firefox account in it. After that, the home content shortcuts are all changed to the default status. I think it's because that I clicked the sync now button on Ubuntu. Is there a way to roll it back? Thanks.

Hello! I synced my browsing data yesterday by signing in to firefox account and reset my OS(window 10) to improve my laptop's speed. When I am trying to get back my browsing data back after resetting and installing firefox by signing in to my firefox account and pressing the Sync Now button then its not giving me my browsing data back. Why is it so? Need Help. Thank You!!

Currently, I use Firefox version: 116.0.2 on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.

I encountered a phenomenon like this:

• When I logged in to the application, in the tab I was working on, the Firefox session memory was lost (don't open new tabs)

What is the cause of this phenomenon? How can I fix it?

in the recent days, I tried several times to get a new laptop synchronized with the Firefox bookmarks on my main PC. I did it already successfully with my old laptop and with my mobile phone some time ago. But now I have problems, because I cannot confirm my log-in on the new laptop. I am told that I get a mail with the verification code, which I need to enter in 5 minutes. But the mail is alsways received some hours (!!!!) after intitiating it. My email-account is with arcor.de (which is also with vodafone). I found already the advice on your pages, to enter firefox (respective mozilla) on a white list of the provider. But there is no whitelist existing. What can I do now? The five minutes limitation is killing the possibilty to verify my firefox account, if the mail needs hours to reach me. Other mail are coming rather in time.

I had to reset my computer and lost the bookmarks there. When I reinstalled Fifefox I had to reset my password and lost my bookmarks associated with that email address. HOWEVER, I have firefox installed on my mobile phone with all bookmarks intact. Is there a way to get the bookmarks from my mobile to the laptop?

My Subject pretty well says it. I'm trying to transfer by syncing my desktop Firefox with the Firefox 124 on a newly installed Kubuntu on a new laptop. I have all these functions synced ON. The recent history but not the long-term history, passwords (thank heavens), and all bookmarks got transferred, but not the open tabs/pages. I've done the desktop sync followed by the laptop sync a few times, still without the tabs' transferring. How do i get those transferred?

Hello, I recently created a new sync account for work so I wouldn't have to use my personal sync account. I noticed after creating the new sync account it still retained my passwords from my personal account. Is it safe for me to delete all my personal passwords on the work account or will it also delete those passwords on my personal?
