I have loved FF desktop browser since I started using it per my boss in 2003. But I am so tired of the fact that EVERY SINGLE TIME you put out an update it breaks my access to the bank. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I waste HOURS reading articles, calling the bank IT dept, chatting with people who are on 3 calls at once, only to hear them tell me to "just use chrome." I clear the cookies, clear the cache, reboot, follow all the prompts in the settings and THEN the damned bank server doesn't recognize the device so it forces yet ANOTHER password change. It happened again TODAY and it makes me so sad but I cannot do it anymore. I am STILL now (going on 4 hours) trying to access the billpay page @ Xantanderbank. (ahem, secure codename) I am forced now, by this craziness, to use the imbecilic duckduckgo which is A) and offensive name and b) you KNOW it nowhere near the product you have built but I CANNOT DO THIS ANYMORE. Thank you for the time it takes to read this diatribe. I appreciate it.

I have been using the Bank of America website for many years. I have not made any changes to the settings! With the recent update of Firefox, Bill Payment on the website stopped working and I get:

Since this used to work until the last update, I think that the bug is with Firefox. Also, it works on Edge.

Since 128.0 was installed outlook.office.com/mail has stopped working. (Windows 11)

My mail account has numerous shared groups. However these now fail to load with a messgae "Cannot load folders for "xxxxxxxxx" Decoding failed.

Additionally, while I can see new mails in the list (under focused and Other), the previews are all blank.

I do not get this error in Edge or Chrome in Windows.

Hello dear community! My firefox keeps crashing when trying to open a tab or close a tab. I can't replicate it since it happens on random tab-closing and tab-opening. I think it's just crashing when doing something like clicking anywhere and NOT when doing nothing while the system is idling. Thank you for your help! For over a decade, I trusted Firefox implicitly, believing in your unwavering commitment to user privacy and respect. Today, that trust was shattered when I opened my browser to find ads plastered across my homepage. This isn't just an annoyance; it's a betrayal of the very principles that drew me to your software. You've reduced yourselves to the same level as the data-hungry corporations you once stood against. It's not just disappointing—it's despicable. I will not stand by and accept this violation. I can't use firefox to open google, sign in google before it's good, but after I upgrade, when I try to log in my google account using firefox, I can't type in any words, it's crashed. but outlook is ok. Please help. Thank you.

I thought I had solved this by adding the website to the "safe" list - I really cannot say how frustrating this is if I am being locked out of even safe sites. - This is a browser issue (I'm not that naive).

There is no real response from Moacilla(Firefox) here apart from throwing the Rulebbok at me and saying "Read!". I can only do so much Tune ups" and shut downs and ensure drives are functional. Please advise on the Browser Cache situation, rspecially as BBC iPlayer is added to the "Safe List" and yet still throws up the 400 Bad Gateway error message - an early reply would be useful.

I run G-mail in a Firefox tab. It worked perfectly until 48 hours ago. Now I cannot attach any files to my emails, and Gmail's "Help" is useless. Is there anything in FF which could be preventing this? Any clues as to why GM has turned nasty?

I tried setting every setting to English my region to Canada the browser opens in Turkish with a translate to English box. I go to a website and they are all in Turkish. How can I fix this???
