This issue has plagued me ever since I switched for Firefox. I have NEVER encountered this issue with any other browser. Once every week or two I will encounter a page with an MP3/MP4 file and will be presented with this error. I have already tried clearing cache, disabling addons, reloading, etc, but I guarantee the "best answer" will just be some rehashing of these steps. Something is fundamentally broken with this browser, and there are hundreds of people across various sites reporting it. Fix it.

Firefox was working well on HTTP websites until a few days ago, but now HTTPS-Only Mode seems to be permanent. Despite changing settings to 'Don’t enable HTTPS-Only Mode', when HTTP sites are selected I get the same message as for 'HTTPS-Only Mode'. Also, if I select 'Enable HTTPS-Only Mode in all windows' and add exceptions, I get the same result.

After updating to 114.0.1 the print orientation for pdf's has disappeared. PDF's we used to print often now come out with the wrong orientation and have to be printed with the system dialog instead.

We thank you for your efforts to develop the browser But we encountered a problem with the new update while printing the PDF files. It was showing us the option to print in portrait or landscape format, and when you updated version 14, this option no longer appeared. Where we deleted the new program, installed the older version, and stopped the update We trust you to solve the problem in the next update, and we ask you to give the matter importance

I am using Arlo security cameras which store the video captures as MP4 files. The Arlo app has video playback feature that works in Chrome or Edge but does not work in FireFox. From what I have been abe to glean from searches, Arlo uses HEVC Codec that FireFox either isn't compatible with or is lacking the codec. Any suggestions?

In summary, I've added a css code to my userChrome.css thingy to move the tabs below the search bar. I was also wondering what the best way to transfer my userChrome.css file + about:config settings over to a new version of Firefox. Due to not being admin of my laptop (I'm running it out of the .dmg file— besides, I always like to keep an older version of Firefox as a fallback), I have to install a whole new version of Firefox onto my laptop to update.

I opened up my browser and all my active tabs which I have had for months are gone. I tried to go to recently closed tabs in history and it doesn't allow me to open. All are not available. Help!!

I'm running Mac OS 12.6.6 and Firefox 114.0.1. When I try to log into my Google account, I get the message, "This browser or app may not be secure." I'm running the current version. Javascript is enabled. I've cleared my caches and data. I can log in to Google on other browsers, such as Safari. • This happened after I set up my browser to use Bing Chat, which required that I clear my cache and data.

For the past two months, I've been trying to sync Firefox (114.1.1) on my Samsung Galaxy phone (SM-N950U) with Firefox browser (114.0.1) on my Windows 11 Home laptop. On the phone, it works fine. On the browser, when I go to firefox.com/pair ... I get to the screen with the bar code, when I scan that bar code on my phone, the windows Firefox browser gives me an Error 500 (see attached.) Your help is appreciated!

What is the code to remove that new menu Search Bookmarks in new firefox 114?

I already remove all the previous "bookmark all kind of type menu" in userchrome.css

Yahoo websites blocked from within the US. I get the following message: "When trying to access my yahoo mail account from within the US I get the following message: Yahoo’s suite of services will no longer be accessible from mainland China." I've been having a weird issue with my text glitching only in my Firefox browser. Initially I thought it might be my monitor but then I realized the issue only presents itself in my Firefox browser. Literally no other program is affected.

I've done a reset, I've uninstalled and done a clean install, I've deleted all Firefox files and re-downloaded the browser. The issue immediately pops up again.

It seems Firefox is getting worse and worse. I am now back to pages loading very slowly. My IT guys say firefox is [redacted] and go to chrome or something else but i hate transferring bookmarks. WHY can't you stabilize your [redacted] browser. Yours is the only browser my PC runs into trouble with. Makes me [redacted] furious.

Basically in my online banking with chevron to login button is grayed out and won't allow me to login, including comcast account Continue button is grayed out. This is an urgent matter because I can't get comcast online application for new account completed.

Tell me how to "re" install my previous version of 113.02 and then fix this bug. Don't know where to get "old" versions to download and will old version just "install" right over the version installed and keep all the bookmarks, etc.?

It may be the website itself, but I need to manually refresh the page when I choose to go to any other option, shown on the page, is chosen. That is, is this a particular selection in the settings of Firefox?

Hi, I exhausted almost every option, but I can't figure out how to import safari 10.13 passwords from mac or from iphone passwords settings section into an export file to upload. help????

My laptop had hard-disk failure. So I was forced to use the new laptop. Unfortunately I forgot my Firefox password and I had to use forgot option to reset the password. Till this every thing was fine.

But Now I could not access old profile it completely new profile. How to get my old profile.

Please help me in resolving this.
