I find that when I make a video in Firefox 66 go full-screen that the menu bar and dock in MacOS 10.14.4 become hidden. I have looked at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-menu-bar-firefox which confirms this behavior, but I am wondering how I can turn this feature off completely? This behavior does not occur with Safari or Chrome and it was a bit jarring the first time it happened to me.

In the below image, a Firefox window is full-screen on a second monitor.

I know this has been asked in the past, but I'm wondering if there has been any work done to try and resolve...

I use a dual screen PC and a website that brings up a popup window to confirm an action and it always opens the popup on the primary monitor, even though my main Firefox window is open on my second screen. I've tested this on multiple PCs.

This is using Windows 10 (latest updates) with the latest Firefox.

I have been using the same setup for at least 5 years and last week, after a Firefox update, my start up screen didn't automatically come up on my secondary monitor. Okay, I can deal with that, though it's a pain, I just dragged the screen up to the monitor. Today I tried to do that and it won't come up. I can see it but it's like it's behind the display and when I let go of the mouse it disappears. Help! I can't see very well and trying to see on my laptop is a real problem. Thanks anyone for help.

For the last couple of weeks, I have not been able to share my external monitor. Firefox recognizes that I have two screens, but no matter which screen I choose from the share screen dropdown, it always shares my laptop monitor.

Just to be clear on my problem

1. Choose the option to share my screen (in Google Meet). 2. The native Firefox dialog for choosing which screen to share pops up. 3. In the dialog, Screen 1 will be selected by default. That shows a preview of my laptop screen. 4. In the dialog, switch to Screen 2.

EXPECTED The preview should show my external monitor.

GOT The preview for screen 2 shows the same thing as screen 1 - my laptop monitor.

Below are screenshots showing the same same screen in the preview. (It goes without saying, that when I actually share, it always shares my laptop monitor.)

I'm using Firefox 62.0 (64-bit), on a Mac running High Sierra (10.13.6 (17G65)).

I use a hp color monitor with my macbook pro. Usually works fine. Yesterday, i couldn't load firefox on my monitor. The icon was in my dock on both screens and I could not launch it on monitor screen. there is a setting somewhere in Firefox where you can choose Display 1 or Display 2. When I clicked on Display 1 the issue was fixed. Now I don't have my dock at the bottom of my monitor screen where I can launch Firefox, I have to load it on my laptop and then the firefox home page appears on my monitor. I can't find the settings for Display 1 and 2. Please help me understand and fix this problem. Thank you very much Keith Hope
