I have a user who is trying to access my department's external site. The pages that she is trying to access pulls data from a different domain (One in our DMZ) than the external host domain. This DMZ domain is a trusted domain and pulling data from this domain has worked well for years on multiple browsers without incident. Now for every other page that hits this internal DMZ server the user is getting "This connection is not trusted" and has to go through the manual exception dance to see her data. We host hundreds of pages and having to do this for each one is going to drive people to grab another browser quickly. I got this user working on Chrome without a problem and have tested it in IE without problem.

I have recreated the cert8.db file in her profile and run into the same problem after reboot.

How do I add a trusted connection for this domain one time?

Earlier I have logged into Netbank - both with and without Java. No I can only log in, with Java.

That mean I cannot transfear money to my "Lottery-account", any longer. --- I have tried to set Firefox back to the original (meaning: removed all additions). That did not help.

I DO HOPE that this can be solved .. as soon as possible - prefearably to day .. if possible. Greetings Aage.

When I updated Mozilla all the information I had syncronized was erased therefore I can't set up the sync again with all the information I had. I'ts like all the sync info was already deleted from the browser after the update. I'd like to recover all that info because was really important and it was a lot. Thanks

Update 35 has just messed up my puter! running XP Pro with and older graphic card (NO DRIVER UPDATES AVAIL) reinstalled OS last year with great difficulty but finally got it running without issues but this latest update has blocked my Nvida graphics driver and now clicking on web pic's will not enlarge!, tested on IE and it works so it's definitely a Firefox issue and it started yesterday after I downloaded the latest update 35 Everything else appears to be working, so far? This is a mess trouble shooting page had no fix other than to update driverI cannot upgrade the driver as a fix!! I am not techie enough to understand the other suggestions and will not mess with what I don't understand. Why would Mozilla install and update with no options knowing there are still users running older software without a fix/uninstal/or the ability to disable blocking. Help please!!!

Ever since some update, Firefox won't load Vines or Tumblr videos, but load YouTube videos, Facebook videos, and pretty much everything else. I've disabled hardware acceleration, addons, and tried most (if not every) solution given here.

Firefox keeps crashing more frequently. So I checked to see what is wrong but I still dont know how to fix the issue. But this is what I got:

I have a tab bar activated. Bookmarks are available from menu and from left side bar but doesn't exist on a tab bar!!!! WHY ???? My firefox is updated, bookmarks are imported from chrome. What shuold I do to bring them back to my bokkmarks bar

I'm testing Window 10 and when I try to use my ISP's webmail I get this while trying to log in:" ! Error Email Serve is not Allowed" and can't log in. On the same computer I can log in fine with Internet Explorer so I believe it to be a Firefox problem. My ISP support said they have no issues on their end and all my other computers can log in fine as well.

I have no problem dragging the standard Firefox window, but I cannot drag Private Windows. Title bar is there, so that is not the issue. This started with the latest version (35.0).

Vine videos stopped working a few days ago.

I have tried Firefox with addons disabled but it made no difference.

I have tried setting media.windows-media-foundation.enabled to false and true and none worked.

Any ideas what the issue is, i'll have to change browser if I can't get this working...

Firefox has been freezing constantly for the past 2 days on my Mac Pro, Mac OS 10.8.5, Firefox 35

Have tried the following :

1. Fresh Install 2. Downgrade to firefox 34 3. Closing & unpinning certain tabs 4. Refresh

However ultimately there will come a point where the app will freeze and cease up - consistently when it asks for the master password.

Turning off the master password function has helped but entering back into preferences will crash the app again.

Its not generating crash reports and I was only able to find this possible reference in Console

Please advise on what I can do to fix the problem.

Since enabling sync on win7 Pro & win 8.1 Pro desktops, win8.1 laptop & Macbook Pro Mavericks: -Save new bookmark to specific folder -Attempt to 'create new folder' -Dialogue window locks up OR, how to explain, the existing folder where l want to make a new folder, opens to rename. The only way out of this is to cancel. The only work around is to open bookmarks manager, add the new folder there and then go back to find the folder in tree and bookmark the page. Far too messy.

I've experienced this for some months now, yet haven't bothered to report it thinking that an update would fix it. It hasn't and it is becoming very annoying. The only other way l have yet to try is to disable sync and manually enable it on occassions to sync between devices.

Sometimes when I'm doing some casual browsing, Firefox will hang and about twenty seconds later I'll receive a popup message stating that Script: Chrome://browser/content/tabbrowser.xml:2088 [sometimes also entries: 2054 and 2077] have stopped responding. Occasionally, I'll see if the script will respond by selecting 'continue' but it always hangs until I stop the script.

The entries seem to always differ from the last on what has stopped responding. It's more often 2088 rather than the other two mentioned. The browser will not let me continue without the script because it will hang and send me another error until I choose to stop the script entirely.

I am unsure of what the script wants me to do in order to stop it from becoming unresponsive.

While it is not a major issue for me, it causes an annoyance in that whenever this occurs and I stop the script, the tabs will not close. Any tab I open becomes permanent until I restart Firefox.

Hopefully someone here can help me as I have not found any solution or mention of this issue (with solution) elsewhere.

When acroread (9.5.5, but this has happened for years with many versions) is running Firefox doesn't get any keyboard input. Firefox is full-screen, acroread is in the background, Firefox gets mouse input. This doesn't happen when acroread's plugin is up, only the stand-alone acroread. I do this only occasionally; it's more annoyance than serious problem. I'm more curious as to what's happening.

I enjoy playing Flash based browser games but they've been running slow recently. I opened my computer's task manager to see what was going on and noticed that as I kept playing, the amount of RAM being used by Flash kept going up. All the way to 1.5 GB of RAM. I think that flash is saving pieces of game data that are not necessary. Anyone know how to make it stop doing that?

Hi, I cant seem to pin any of my bookmarks to my Windows 8.1 start screen for easy access. I can pin them easily enough to the bookmark bar in Firefox but thats not what I want to do.

Internet Explorer lets me do it but I cant seem to find a way to make a bookmark into a tile and placed on my start screen.

Recently all the audio breaks up badly on YouTube and ssome other videos that I play (the other videos may be a YoouTube sorce). I have tried reloading the mozilla updates, gone back to older versions and tried the "reset" and nothing seems to work. All my downloaded vidoes, DVD's and programs seem to be working just fine so I don't think I am having hardware issues. It doesn't even happen every time but when it does it happens on everything on YouTube.
