I've been trying to get on twitter for awhile now and i keep getting this error.

twitter.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. The certificate is only valid for the following names: *.enflick.com, enflick.com (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

Enflick.com is the creator of the online text app i use, TextNow. I don't why it says anything about enflick when It ry to get on twitter. My time is right and I cannot bypass the error by clicking I understand the risks.

In the latest Firefox 33 there seem to be an issue with Content Security Policy (CSP) and how it handles url that are url encoded. For instance when some CSP directive is set to like https://mywebsite.com/application/do;jsessiond=1234 - it will get URL encoded so the ; gets replaced by %3B. In Firefox 32 and earlier this worked, but not in this new solution.

Shield Keeps Showing Up?

Hello,

As of today, I keep getting the symbol described here whenever I go on Tumblr: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-does-content-isnt-secure-affect-my-safety?as=u&utm_source=inproduct

This did not happen yesterday, and I did not do anything (that I know of) that would cause it to start showing up.

It is incredibly annoying and distracting, and I have not had any need for it before.

I do try the "disable protection for this page" option, but that only leads to the Orange Triangle, which I find even more annoying.

Is there any way to disable the shield's showing up without getting the Orange triangle?

Firefox 35 cannot delete google cookie

I just noticed that I was carrying a cookie from google. I run a strict cookie policy and I had made, previously, an exception to "allow for session" cookies for books.google.com . I noticed today, in a completely new session, that I was carrying a google cookie for " .google.com ." I have tried to delete this cookie several times. FF "acts as if I deleted the cookie. I close the cookie GUI and there it is again...just like now...

Name: PREF Content: ID=996ac2fe99a32ac8:TM=1418165280:LM=1418165280:S=-EYElo0JUfSC84AS Domain: .google.com Path: / Send For: Any type of connection Expires: Thursday, December 08, 2016 4:48:07 PM

I deleted the exception for books.google.com closed and restarted FF, looked at cookies and there it is again! What is up with that? Just typing this message in, I have deleted and found "reborn again" this cookie. I don't want it. I do not want to delete "all cookies" as some are the core of my security policy in managing my websites. I have tried typing into the cookie GUI "google.com" and set to "block" and it is there (the block), I have also set a "block" for .google.com and the cookie reappears.

So what is going on and why doesn't any of the usual methods work? Is there still some "hidden" crossovers between google and Mozilla? I know Mozilla has cooperated with Google in the "safe browsing" area, and from local appdata folder I see an many "goog..." files.

Do I have to turn this off to get google off my computers cookies?

Since upgrading to version 37.0.1 I am no longer able to access any SSL site not even https://support.mozilla.org! Please see attached for the error message.

I have tried the following articles without any success:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1035913 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can

I can't find any other articles on https://support.mozilla.org. PS I had to log this ticket using Google Chrome as I am not able to access your site as it uses SSL.

I am sure this is probably a simple issue but would appreciate your help on this.

Thanks

Prior to my downloading Foxfire on my Mac, I had always used Safari as my browser. Yahoo (this is my. email) doesn't support Safari as it is So, I am now using Foxfire as my browser. But, every time I try to access my email through Foxfire, I have to either get a text or a phone call with a code to enter on my computer that will then allow me to access my email. How can I avoid having to use a code? Can I just access my email without this code?

I'm able to log in to American Express. I can open the help window. But I cannot search the help window because the connection is untrusted:

search.americanexpress.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

Well, it's American Express, and I trust them even if Firefox doesn't. And if I'm wrong to, that's my problem, not yours. There's no "I understand the risks". There's no "add exception". The only option is "get me out of here". Firefox add-ons haven't worked.

How do I make Firefox understand I don't give a hoot about their untrusted certificate, and to let me through?
