Duplicate Tab, Duplicate Tabs and Reopen Closed Tab don't work. I have making a new tab and copying the URL I need from the original tab. Any idea on how to fix this ?

Firefox freezing when trying to get text for authentication on sites. Just started after this mornings update on Firefox!!! Anybody else? Have to turn off/on laptop to get it to work again

There is no option to pin it to the toolbar. This is a new install of Firefox on a "new to me" computer running Win11Pro. It was there on my old computer. I'm stumped. Thanks.

I had to replace my old laptop. On that machine, all pages were set to come up with a black background and the page items also were in black. On my new laptop, the items on a web site come up with a white background. I would like all pages to come up with a black display. For instance, this page I am on now is white. I would prefer it to be black with white type. Can you help me?

I am working on a web crawler that scrapes set of websites analyzing certain privacy strings that are present before and after Global Privacy Signals are sent. We make use of Selenium Web Driver to perform the crawl. Part of the data we collect is the urlClassification of third party sites that are tracking users on the site, via Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection. However when performing the crawl, Enhanced Tracking Protection data is no longer available while Selenium has automatic control over Firefox, even though there is indeed third party sites (fingerprinters, cross-site tracking cookies) active on these sites when they are manually visited not using our crawler. Does anyone have an idea why our software may be interfering with Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection? Thanks!

2 weeks ago I downloaded a file from creativefabrica my main go to site. Now when I try to save a download from there, it goes to another place on my pc. I've tried everything but I can't get my downloads from there to go to their folder on my external harddrive. Please help this is driving me nuts.

I've used Foxfire for a long time, love it! Within last 2 months videos started to not load, or load with no sound. Restart the computer everything works properly. Then after 1 or 2 hours videos would loose sound and slow down. At first I thought might be computer but everything checked out ok. NOW when videos fail to perform in someway, I copy the URL, open Chrome, insert in address bar and videos play as advertised. In fact, I have never had a problem when using Chrome. I've had several Foxfire updates by problem remains. Thinking maybe uninstall Foxfire and re-install?

I keep getting these annoying "ads by Google" banners on the bottom of my screen. How do I make them go away permanently? Can I do this through Firefox settings or do I need to install a separate popup blocker?

Since Monday morning every site times out. My router says I'm connected to the Internet, but my VPN says I'm not. Other devices on the router have no problem, so it's not the cable or my ISP. For 3 days I've been tearing my hair out trying to find something in Settings, to no avail. Help??? I can go to websites but when clicking log in I only get a white page. If I go to my credit card I cn=an see my statement but when going to make a payment get white screen only. Retirement website loads but try to log in and get white page. Other certain sites just keep trying to load. My os is linux mint17.1 32bit system. Problem just started this year

I have the home page set up as Google.co.uk but now, my startup comes from http://vodafone.broadband/no-internet-connection-intercept.lp?url=google.co.uk/ saying that there is no internet connection. There IS an internet connection (I am sending this through Edge). My internet provider is Vodafone. How do I stop this appearing every time I open Firefox? Note: I have no problem with other browsers.

Hi, after upgrade of ubuntu to 24.04 i got into problems with using Firefox. I it running on x11 with proprietary nvidia driver, no matter of source package (snap or deb from the Firefox repository) and no matter of safe mode the Firefox gets frozen when clicking into any dropdown control in side page, the same happens when trying to open bookmark folder in the bookmarks panel or even the dialog that opens from the star icon in address folder that should add page into the bookmarks. When running on command line, in case of the snap version there are just some warnings of some missing css file, in case of the deb version it does not output anything suspicious. I was even trying to change the UI theme (qt) as well as GTK theme in case it makes any difference, but it did not... Thanks for any help.
