I was receiving Directv content on Mozilla Firefox for months without issue. Suddenly it stopped completely and left a message "We couldn't play this content at this time". I don't understand why this happened or how to fix it. I want to do all my browsing with Mozilla Firefox so I need help. It would be truly excellent if I could speak to a human about this issue. Please.

When i start fire fox it immediately opens 10 additional versions in the background which I can see in task manager and they take up a lot off memory. If i end task them they immediately come back. This only started recently. I noticed it because now when i open say a youtube video it shows it as number 4. This never happened before unless I had the same video open more than once.

If I can not stop this I will have to uninstall.

The new Firefox built-in VPN, rolled out to Australia this week, is not redirecting to the chosen country location.

Despite selecting either US or UK in the country list, websites are still identifying me as located in Australia.

For example, despite VPN being on and US selected, cunard.com still redirects me to my home location of Australia (see https://www.cunard.com/en-au in address bar). Screenshot attached. Other websites similar.

bookmarks :: i cant save any new bookmarks when i click book marks all bookmarks appear normal on drop down menu but when i try to save or edit the location i cant find them to click on

Something changed.

When I clicked a link, it would open in a new window. Now it only opens in a new tap. I need it to open in a new window.

I'm using Win 11 with Fire Fox.

I'm currently trying to use Firefox due to issues with Google Chrome on Microsoft but as I use eBay for selling items I normally copy and paste to my multiple items selling but as I try to paste something to my ad I see no paste feature on the list of options?. Why can't I use paste on Firefox?. Thanks

How can I suppress a recurring pop-up in Firefox that claims my computer is infected with a virus and it instructs me to download McAfee Antivirus to clear it out. I've done multiple scans with my Norton Antivirus which showed I had no viruses. The fake pop-ups appear to be coming from Firefox.

I'd like to move the Firefox program files to a secondary hard drive without losing bookmarks, settings, etc. Please advise the best way to go about this. Win 11, Thank you.

The reason for this, if relevant, is that my C dirve is filling up and if I can move some of the files off it, it would be easier than replacing the drive.

At the last FF update, I discovered that I had VPN on my top status bar but what does it do?

I have v. 150.0.1 (64 bit). Also Windows 11. I live in France and the only reason to use a VPN is to watch a UK soap which I cannot watch by any other means unless it's live on the TV. I know how to turn it on (obvious), so when I use the BBC website, this is what I do. But it makes not the slightest bit of difference as I am still recognised as being outside the UK.

Am I not doing something please?

I followed the instructions to access Mozilla Firefox and nothing happened. Then there are unlimited instructions that lead me nowhere? It used to be so simple. That was the original Microsoft approach for new users.

I don't know which wrong manipulation I have done, but the "+" sign to create new tabs has disappeared.

Could you please help me to get it back ?

(I know that I can right-click and choose "new tab" in the menu, but the "+"sign is definitely more convenient 😅)

I cannot get the free VPN to turn on. It keeps looping me back to sign in and then tells me to turn it on and then it loops back to the sign in and continues to loop
