I have cleared my cache and cookies, I also checked my passwords and logins and nothing was in there. I closed the browser and reopen it to go on the same website. I tried to sign in and my information is still there as an autofill. How can I wipe everything?

I leave the country for several months a year to a country that is not supported for credit card autofill, and it doesn't work while I am there. However, once I return to the U.S. the autofill menu has disappeared from the Privacy & Security Tab, so I am unable to turn autofill back on. In the past I have had to uninstall/reinstall Firefox to make credit card autofill work -- until I leave the country again. Surely I am not the only user that has had this problem and having to uninstall/reinstall is a pain that users shouldn't have. Isn't there a better way to turn this function on and off?

Hi,

I've imported all bookmarks, login data and everything else from Brave browser to Firefox and I can use Firefox as if I'm using Brave. All my data have been imported. Until here everything is ok, but I switched my pc and started to use Firefox with my Firefox account and enabled sync. Boookmarks and login information that I saved before importing have been synched but the imported data haven't been synched. So I can't use any login info or bookmarks from old Brave.

I've double checked sync options and see that everything that can be synched are checked.

What can I do to fully synchonise my browsers?

Prior to updating to Firefox 111.0.1, I had NO issues going to chase.com. Now, it no longer works in Firefox. It does work in Chrome browser. When I go to chase.com, I get the below error message. I'm using a FF private window with no extensions. Yes, I cleared cache and cookies.

We don't support this browser version anymore. Using an updated version will help protect your accounts and provide a better experience.

Hi. Just a couple of days ago, Firefox lost the ability to load the website "ebay.com.au". The UK ebay website loads fine. As does the USA ebay website. I have tried running Firefox in troubleshooter mode disabling all extensions, no fix. I have been able to test this problem on one other Desktop PC, whom also is unable to load (ebay.com.au). Both PC's are 64-bit Windows 10 and have separate router and Internet connections. Both PC's are using the latest Desktop Firefox (111.0.1). I have tested disabling the software (BitDefender) Firewall on the PC, did not fix.

How do I actually get help with my account? I cannot access it because the account has the WRONG EMAIL address mixed up with the WRONG PASSWORDS. The account MESS is preventing me from using SYNC creating my emails USELESS!!! There must be someone, somewhere, who can tell me how to get specific help with MY FIREFOX ACCOUNT. It is messed up so badly I am going have to throw this computer out and start all over -- but then I have to use either some bogus email address that I DO NOT WANT TO USE. I am trying to access different audio tracks in a video on Firefox, but I am having issues. In order to have the media track button visible in the media player, I enabled media.track.enabled in about:config. However, clicking the button does not reveal a dropdown menu with the different audio tracks like it happens in Chrome. Attached follows a screenshot to illustrate the audio track button I am referencing (headphones icon). Is there another setting I can enable to allow the dropdown to show the tracks?

This only happens with Firefox, other browsers no issue

Have cleared cache and cookies, shut down and restarted PC

scroll bars cover website-widgets (check boxes) (110.0.1 64-Bit)!! e.g., when trying to activate a checkbox at the right edge (Amazon, marking an item to cancel an order) that is not possible because the firefox scrollbar (right side) covers the Amazon checkbox, so it is impossible to mark it, and so the order cannot be cancelled!

This is an unacceptable malfunction!!

(OTOH, on MSEdge, the scrollbar sits to the right of the checkboxes without ever covering them, so it's obvious that this is specific Firefox malfunction!!!)

I have set an google meet with my friends. we were hearing each other very well but when we start to share our screen for example an video from YouTube they can't hear the video's audio. I have checked my microphone during the screen sharing it was on. But still they couldn't hear the audio of the video. During the share screen they heard my voice but they didn't heard the audio of the video. We tried on Google Chrome everything worked very well then we turned back to Mozilla same issue happened again. I don't want to use again Google Chrome so please help me with this issue. Long story short; On a Meet they can hear my voice on microphone, but when i share my screen they can't hear the audio from a YouTube video but they can still hear my voice. Please help ASAP!
