Using Firefox version 99.0 (64bit). When I click "Bookmarks / Manage Bookmarks, the listing defaults to the "Other Bookmarks" folder. I would like it to default to the "Bookmarks Menu" folder. How do I make it do that?

The styles look astonishingly wrong, I really think it is a problem on my end, but cant figure out how to fix it, as you can see in the pictures, text is incorrectly sized and/or justified, color gradients are also weird looking, as well as sizing of many elements and tons of other things.

I have tried to completely remove Firefox from my system and reinstalling it, that did not seem to fix it. The reason I think is is a problem of mine is because i was playing with fonts (emojis weren't working on my system,not on Firefox tho, now they are in both)

I don't think the things i did with the fonts did anything to Firefox, since this problem only showed up on Firefox, but since the problem arrived just after a reboot while I was installing and removing the fonts, I think its important to mention.

To sum up I think the problem comes from my local configuration of Firefox, I probably did not delete it all before reinstalling, I am running (Arch btw) a current version of EndevourOS.

Is there a maximum number of tabs that can be synced? I have about 800 tabs on my old computer, but when I look at the synced tabs in the sidebar on the new computer, only about half of them are listed. The oldest 400 or so are missing.

And yes, I realize 800 tabs is insane. But that's another discussion. :)

Since about a month ago I can't drag a file from a folder to an open email in Firefox. Was always able to, but it stopped a few weeks ago. I read that the new 99.01 version would fix this, I installed it today and the problem persists. What am I missing? Thank you to anyone who reads, cares and replies with solution.

Last week attaching documents using drag and drop suddenly stopped working for Outlook webmail. I've seen the same problem posted here, but no response yet. Already tested, this feature still does work in outlook when using Safari, so there is some new incompatibility between outlook and firefox. I really do NOT want to change browsers as I've been using Firefox forever, but this is a deal breaker. Please please Firefox, show some evidence that this new apparent incompatibility is being fixed. Thanks!

p.s. this doesn't seem like it should be left to volunteers, is there a way for messages to reach someone who actually works for firefox?

I noticed that a setting on the about:config page was removed: the "security.csp.enable" setting. I was using this setting to disable CSP to be able to load local JS scripts on some non-locally hosted sites, for debugging and development, work related purposes.

Was this setting really removed? Is there a way to disable CSP on Firefox on the latest version?

Hi!

Is there any way to keep an older version of Firefox without its getting upgraded all the time? Version 99 only has a small header at the top, so there is still space on my screen to see the website I'm trying to see. The newer versions (100 and newer) take up too much space on my screen. Every site has its own headers, and so I am left with about an inch of working space. That's really not enough to see anything.

Is there a way to get the security updates without the new look? Is there a Firefox Light version available, with minimal headers and all? I prefer Firefox, and would love to keep it. Having to reinstall it (to get the older version back) several times a week is not good.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks very much!

I have tried to upload files in several websites and the "upload" button isn't working. I tried in Safari and I'm not having this issue. It's an issue keeping me from working. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi, I am trying to save my most important Bookmarks as Shortcuts in Firefox Homepage, but Firefox is not showing the icons of the shortcuts, instead it is showing as Letters of the site. Please refer the image that I have attached. Incase if the image in the attachment fails, use this link Do note that the icons in bookmarks bar are showing fine, but the problem is only in Homepage shortcuts. I cannot play CNN videos in Firefox. They will not start. I can play them in Microsoft Edge and on my iPhone. I can play other videos in Firefox from, say, YouTube. It's just CNN that seems to be the problem. I have a Windows 10 PC.

I was watching anime today on some site and my firefox was downloading many files without my knowledge into my download folder. I'm worried that it can be some viruses? This is a screenshoot. Should i be worried? Thank you for help.

When I download a file before I even have a chance to save or open the file Firefox downloads the file and puts it on my desktop. I have to look at lots of .pdf files and this a bit annoying as I have to keep deleting all the files I dont want. The dialog box opens and I always choose open rather than save but Firefox has already saved a copy to my desktop. How can I stop this autosave please ? Cheers.

Recently my Firefox crashes sometimes when downloading a file for example from Yahoo mail. This is not happening always, but sometimes when downloading a file. I have the latest version of Firefox, Windows 10. I changed password, deleted cookies, did full virus scan, but the problem still persists. Is this an issue of the new version of Firefox and will be fixed with the new update of Firefox ? This is happening only with Firefox and not with other browsers.

not able to sign in on my account or track packages on FEDEX website. I talked with FEDEX and they say to try another browser and when I do the site works. I have tried taking off enhanced tracking and restarting in safe mode I cleared cookies and all. Is there a fix for this?

Wordle does not work properly on FireFox. It does not recognize characters that I enter as valid characters in the solution of the day. This occurs quite frequently.

Windows auto-updated and my bookmark toolbar disappeared

I still see all of my bookmarks in the "Bookmarks" list, but none of them appear across the top of my screen, where they usually are and I can't put them back.

Whenever I use the searchbar in the bookmarks manager, it always searches all of my bookmarks, but sometimes I might only want to search for that query within a specific folder. Is there any way to limit a bookmarks search to only a specific folder rather than the entirety of my bookmarks?

If I print using the system print dialog: The heading of the email (Headline,From, To, and Date) prints. The rest of that page does not print. The text of the second page prints.
