There was an upgrade to fire fox yesterday and now every thing is huge. I can hardly see my face book page and I have spent over 2 hours trying to get it back to normal size. I have windows 10.

There seem to be an issue support for glibc 2.34 planed to be added in Firefox 91, any chance to issue a 90.3 hot fix to include support even if it's a few days early?

When trying to log into my Barclays Bank account with Samsung laptop (previously trouble free) I get: 'Bad request Your browser sent a query this server could not understand'. I'm able to access account with my Samsung phone app.

Had a sign that I needed to update so I clicked update and it did not complete. I clicked Close Firefox and got XULRunner Error: Platform version '101.1' is not compatible with minVersion >=101.0 Max version <=101.0’ for ‘Firefox’ and can't,t get past it. I've updated for years and nothing like this has happened before. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall? if I do will I lose all my bookmarks and saved pages? Any other workarounds???

I keep getting a message that a web page is slowing my browser down. And it is terribly slow. How can I get rid of this frustrating issue? I think I even know the web page that it is.

I was trying to customize the toolbar and I can't recall how, but I lost access to my extension shortcuts through the menu list button on the toolbar. I've been since trying to get the button back or replace it, to access my extensions that way but I'm not finding any options to get the button back which I find ridiculous because the button is very helpful on the toolbar in utilizing your extensions. I'm kind of a newbie so I'm looking for help in how to get the button back on my toolbar so I can utilize my extensions that way, please. Thanks.

Today I used firefox on my PC, using duckduckgo. I searched "iKnee" which is a brand of knee massager. I found that site but also in the search results there were several offensive porn sites listed. The first time that's ever happened. Why has it happened this time? Can I prevent it happening again?

I have had a printer button from the button guy forever, with the last update it is nowhere near the same, the preview window and print window is way to small. I tried another preview printer button and the same window pops up, It is awful. Anyone know how to get the old views back

I downloaded session manager on Firefox hoping to be able to import session file from session buddy from chrome. I tried importing the json file but it says it fails to read. Followed by some googling I found that the problem lies with the fact that session buddy files don't have several tags in current tabs in the json file so importing fails. Like mentioned here https://github.com/sienori/Tab-Session-Manager/issues/408#:~:text=Close%20Chrome%20and%20Open%20Firefox,%2C%20and%20click%20%22Open%22. I am a noob and I don't see how that could be fixed, any help, plz?

Windows 10 pc can not start,I have gone through automatic repair and diagnostics steps,but am now on advamced options and think I need to Reset it.This will lose Firefox.When I install it again will I be able to sign into my Firefox account to retrieve bookmarks and passwords?I am very nervous about this,don't even know how to install Firefox,as someone gave me the computer and it was already in there. I am a tech dinosaur!Thank you in advance for any help.Lesley

My Canon Printer TS55055, refuse to work with my PC ASUS Intel Inside Core13 Window 7, Nvidia. Each times, when I want to print something I get this message "Your printer is not connected" Each times, I try to to connecte it, very rarely I succed, but the day after It starts again and again. It's stressing, because when I need to print, it's always a mess ! ! ! What can I do Please ! an answer in french will be appreciatable for me.

Few years ago I had Firefox set to open to home screen every time I clicked Firefox on the task bar, even if Firefox was already open in the background. That worked great for me. Now it only lets you do it after four hours of inactivity or something. Or when you close all tabs, which also got harder to do lately.

Then until this morning, actually, I've been keeping a shortcut to Firefox home on the bottom of the the home screen right above Firefox in the taskbar. That worked okay for me, but I'd have preferred it like it used to be.

Today clicking that shortcut says "Shortcut isn't available." So I opened Firefox home screen to make another shortcut, but I can't.

I just want Firefox to open automatically start on the home screen. Because that works for me. Why does it keep getting harder and harder? And what I can do now to fix it?

I saw this same issue posted on here, but I press the shift key while using the Firefox browser and what appears to be a developer menu pops up at the bottom of the page, the crappy thing is this is occuring on my laptop so my keyboard is part of the computer lol

I have so far submitted 36 crash reports and nothing happens. I have tried various suggestions and nothing works. The problem is very annoying as every time I type a a letter into the search bar, firefox crashes and asked to submit a crash report, which I did. I do like firefox but this is ridiculous. Long time ago I had this email let's say x@yahoo.com after some years i delete and made a new one x@gmail.com. On my PC every time I try to log in it goes like this: I put my x@gmail.com i put my password and it sends me a code on the same Gmail address... Very simple right? I put my verification code in and it says wrong password for email x@YAHOO.com... WHY DOES IT CHANGE MY EMAIL FROM GMAIL TO YAHOO ? I'M LOSING MY MIND I CAN'T LOG IN ON FRESH WINDOWS INSTALL!!!! I even reinstalled Mozilla, I've cleaned everything there is too be cleaned from the browser and same stupid "feature". Whyyyyyyyy????

After updating my Windows, I had a problem with Firefox and several other programs not opening. Please help me how to fix Firefox.

I downloaded the latest Firefox updates this morning. Now my web cam (this to me is a plug in camera that I can move around will not work. I need this camera Now. I have to get some papers filed . Before anyone says anything about my terminology, I do not know and am too old to learn computer technology- I mean age,not attitude. Also I can't figure out how to turn the flash off; there is a little cut in slot to the left of the flashbulbs, does anyone know what this is; and is there an on/off on this camera. Haven't been able to find instructions for it. the slot is the only area I can see that may control something on the camera but I can't see anything that will move in the slot. appreciate anything anyone can tell me. Microsoft Help came up (automated) and when thru a number of tries to fix it and couldn't. I think it was the Firefox update that did it but do not know why or what to check to correct. I went thru all my settings.
