Firefox Hello was added in Firefox Beta 34.0. However, the Firefox Hello button doesn't appear in either the Firefox menu, or in Customize Mode. Am I missing something or is it only available to select people?

Immediately upon updating to Beta 34.0, Silverlight and Flash, completely stopped working in Firefox. I am running Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 2.

They work fine in Internet Explorer.

This happens in any website I go to.

For example, I can go to Youtube, and the page will show a black box where the video should be, but there are no play controls, or any way to enable the video. Clicking within the black box does nothing.

On the music play site, Grooveshark, the site does not recognize Flash as being installed at all. (If you don't have Flash installed, this site pops up a message every time. Grooveshark correctly recognizes that Internet Explorer has Flash installed.)

I updated the Flash plugin to the current version, which also did nothing.

I have not reinstalled Firefox, or done a System Restore, yet.

I just bought a new computer that I was going to migrate to, and retire this computer, so I was not going to do heroic efforts to fix this. I was reporting this more on the order of a bug report.

Hi, I have always used Mozilla Firefox and loved it but in the last few weeks it is driving me insane. Whenever I load a webpage and I don't move the mouse it just freezes until I move the mouse again. If I load the same page off internet explorer it loads straight away without moving or touching anything. I am on the current version of 34.0 Beta Update Channel. I have tried using a previous version and the same problem is there. I really want to use Firefox but it's at the stage I won't if I have to be sitting in front of the computer moving the mouse to load each page I need. Can anyone please help me.

I want to resume my downloading file which was interrupted, and found the solution from this link http://geeks.im/resume-interrupted-and-broken-downloads-in-firefox/ which is only possible from replacing existing .PART file. But I did not found any .PART file on windows 8.1, any help?

This morning when i opened firefox i noticed that i lost all my saved passwords.When i tried to sign in with my sync account it simpliy says that unexpected error.

I recently made Firefox my default browser, in lieu of Chrome, mainly just for variety and to keep abreast of things; no biggie. There are numerous problems playing videos. I recently solved one big issue, where videos would play but NOT in fullscreen at foxsports.com/foxsportsgo, by disabling hardware acceleration, as suggested under Firefox Help. Thank you. Yes, I've read pretty much ALL of Firefox's canned help suggestions on the topic of video playback problems but I haven't got a solution. I did try doing the master reset as suggested, but it was to no avail. I checked and I have the latest Flash Player plug-in, 15.0.0.189. It's set to Always Activate. I haven't problems with any videos playing when using Chrome. I experienced a number of sites and video play problems but here I'll focus in on just one: a video appears and it seems to have loaded Ok since it shows a frame (a teaser, not the 1st frame); but when I click Play it says, "An error occurred, please try again later" and there's a "Learn More" link. Following that link, the subsequent page says I should wait 30 minutes and then try playback again. That's a crock. As a sample of this problem, go to http://davidblaine.com/video/street-magic and click any of the videos. They all consistently fail for me with that singularly unhelpful generic error message!

[Edit] I just now noticed/realized that I'm on the beta update channel, and just in case that fact is contributing to these video problems, I've uninstalled v34 and installed v33.0.3. But the cited playback problem persists despite the version fallback.

hello no perfect reply has been given by you and i am really sorry mozilla firefox till now it wa my best browser but it has started alot of bugs in the new updatestill i am getting new bugs like not opening the FILE EXPLORER of my computer when browsing some social sites like facebook to UPLOAD PHOTO or to save an photo beforte it wa soo awesome but it has been degraded really no images are saved from the google and all other browsers it is running saving and uploading from my pc ver well so sorry i am switching this browser shame two or three times review and question is asked but no solution to this problems and more and more problems are increasing to me so off to this browswe bye thanks

Plugincontainer.exe is ruining my experience with firefox by constantly causing it to freeze due to high cpu use. Please advise of a work around or other solution. Thank you.

Since Firefox 33.0 I have this visual glitch - some random vertical lines that appear somewhere near first tab if only one tab is open. I tried different versions and it started with FF 33.0 and is in all 33 versions. Now I'm testing FF 34.0b7 and it seems it's not there. So I hope its not gonna pop up when 34 goes stable. Those lines are blinking/relocating depending on where my mouse is, e.g. moving the mouse over the address bar makes it change.

Firefox no longer shows in Finder, Dock, or Desktop. It does show in open at log in under Preferences. Firefox 56 shows in Dock. Happened since latest upgrade Beta 34. I don't know what the "56" means. How can I fix this. Thank you.

I want the latest STABLE version of Firefox. I'm not interested in BETA versions. But, Mozilla is doing a good job of hiding the latest stable version and forcing customers into its ever-changing unstable Beta system. Can anyone tell me which version of Firefox is the newest STABLE version; and where can I find it? Thank you for your assistance!

Can anyone confirm that opening https://www.flickr.com/create/ with the latest Firefox 34 beta crashes it? I tried with a new profile and the same happens.

A lot of space is waste by the new spacing of the TOP 20 Bookmarks evoked by the upside down triangle right to the web address line. How can the former spacing restored?

I'm using Firefox 34, and I can't stand the new search bar. How can I change it back to the old style? I've tried restarting with add-ons disabled, so I know the problem is with Firefox

I get a Bing page instead of the thumbnail page now when I load a new tab. How do I get the thumbnails back? I don't have an gear icon on the page to switch it back. Thanks!

I'm not a developer but I receive beta releases for the desktop version (for Mac) which, of course, sometimes have issues. I'd like to help with Firefox' improvement by letting developers know what I experience. Where are users supposed to post the problems I see?
