I'm using Firefox 26 in Windows 7 x64 SP1.Since yesterday I can't play Youtube HTML5 videos. I have the HTML5 player activated in http://www.youtube.com/html5 and when I try to play a compatible video, like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGBM5vWiBLo I get a big 'loading' animation and nothing happens. That same video is playing without a problem in Internet Explorer 11.

Thanks for your help.

https://aalawp.aaacooper.com:9600/lawson/portal/

I have tried to also type the above info in the browser section with no success. I used to be able to access the portal, but since I updated some application, I cannot access by any means.

Often when I click a link within a web page, a message bar appears at the top of the page saying "Firefox has blocked this site from loading another page" or something similar. This happens frequently on banking or credit card sites. This is particularly annoying because it seems to disturb the operation of the link when I have to click the "Allow" box on the message bar. I would prefer to create a whitelist for this feature so it would not interrupt my banking operations. Failing that, I would like to know how to toggle the feature on and off. Failing that, I would like to know how to defeat the function.

How do I control Firefox's response to "ms-windows-store:" URLs?

Normally, when Firefox encounters a link with a pseudo-protocol that it doesn't know how to process (such as iTunes store links, which Apple only wants you to open with iTunes), usually Firefox puts up a "Launch Application" dialog each time, which allows the user to choose a program to use for the URL (or, for the way I usually use this dialog, to cancel the attempt to act on the URL completely) - unless you check the "Remember my choice" option, in which case it will stop asking, but put an entry on the Applications page of the Options dialog, in case you want to change the chosen action in the future. However, in the case of the new Windows store URLs, I don't get that dialog and I don't have an entry in the Options; I automatically get thrown off the Desktop and into the Windows store app every time, with no obvious way to change this behavior. What's different about these URLs (or about Firefox's reaction to them) that won't allow me to modify or abort this action?

I don't use Tab Groups and have no need for them. I didn't even know they existed until my tabs starting disappearing.

When I close all tabs I get to the Tabs Group screen. Pressing the Tab Group button doesn't work at all. There I find my missing tabs. When I try to open them they don't open. They start to expand to full screen, but never get there. They just return to the small Tab Group size. I have to close Firefox and start all over.

I have no idea what causes my tabs to go into a new Tab Group, but it happens a lot. When I hit the '+' ("Open a new tab" button) sometimes the new tab is now my only tab and all my other tabs are in a Tab Group that I cannot access. It also happens when I switch to a different tab. I click on the tab and suddenly its my only tab. All others have been grouped and lost since my tab groups will not open.

I would like to completely disable Tab Groups. It's a feature that only causes me frustration.

Hello, I have a small issue. A while back I tweaked the settings and prefs of about:config, and in that, I forced Firefox to always automatically access every site with HTTPS instead of HTTP. I did this as an added security feature for a friend, but that was a while ago. Now, I have noticed that she can't acess her e-mail, or a lot of other sites.I already reset firefox, but all that did was reset the exceptions, now its asking for an exception everytime. But thats not the problem even IF I add the exception, the entire Yahoo site messes up. ALL graphics and everything are disabled. All you see is raw Text data and hyperlinks that are all broken. It works fine if I access another browser and it connects normally. But no matter what, it keeps trying to connect HTTPS. I don't really remember what settings I changed, and I would like to revert it back. Any help would be appreciated.

In our domain we have different user languages. Windows adapts it's gui depending on the username they login with. We have configured Firefox settings through GPO's and build a pakcage with the FF GPO add-in included, with also the 5 different language packs included we use in our domain. We can switch manually the GUI language, but we are looking for a way to automate this, depending on the profile language. I know we can change the user.js file, but I was wondering if there is a way to automate this through GPO's. Something like a variable we can place in the general.useragent.locale that looks for the sytem language? Or another way to automate this?

Ever since upgrading to FF 26 I can't play video on YouTube or many other sites. It says "You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this video. Download it from Adobe."

So I click on the link which takes me to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/, do the install which goes without trouble.

But afterwards I get the same message when I try to play videos.

Running Windows 7 on a Desktop PC. Having NO problems playing videos in IE or Chrome. FF used to be great but it's becoming more trouble than it's worth.

Thanks in advance.
