(Just to note: I've been building PC's for 18 years. I'm very familiar with the following) Situation: Before installing new hard drive, I did the following>>>Opened Firefox/Signed into Firefox account/Menu bar > selected Tools/Settings/Syncing: ON/Manage sync.../Manage what syncs on all your connected devices/(Passwords-Addresses-Payment methods not selected)/Save (repeated this twice)/(Now back to full browser view) Selected '3 hamburger stack' drop-down menu-upper right corner/clicked on my email address/Account/(clicked on) Sync now. Also, did this twice and confirmed "Syncing..." and blue spinning arrows. Wiped hard drive-installed fresh Windows. Installed FF; logged in and followed procedure to sync. At this point, nothing populated my new browser installation. Attempted two more times, by logging out/in. Same failed result. Is it possible the sync file is stored & may still be accessible from Firefox/Mozilla's cloud servers? With regard to hard drive backup, only personal data files were backed to cloud...no drive image. Windows 11 Pro version 25H2. Thanks for your time and Assistance. Bo
