Mozilla peeps, As a developer I really want to be able to take responsibility for whether or not Firefox will access my sites. I really do need to be able to simply add a site to a trusted list have have Firefox let the certificate through. Without this option I'll be telling my clients that their sites won't be tested on Firefox and that they should encourage their users to use IE, Chrome or Safari.

I've gone around and around in a maze of dead ends trying to find a way to speak with a human. What is it about "Contact us" that is so goddamned difficult? I just converted all of my tabs and favorites over from Chrome and I'm regretting it already.

In the "Servers" tab, I see a bunch of certificates, including my certificate exceptions, as well as certificates from CNNIC and DigiNotar. From what I've found on the web, these CNNIC and DigiNotar certificates have been actively distrusted by Mozilla. Do such actively distrusted certificates appear in the certificate manager? If so, what do they look like in the UI? If my browser is actively distrusting these certificates, the UI isn't making this immediately obvious.

I am using two different computers and I have the same problem on both. After using Firefox for about 20 minutes my website will suddenly freeze up and become white with a loading circle then I will get notication that firefox stopped responding and had to close. This will happen on any website I visit so I believe it is a problem with the most recent version of firefox causing the websites to crash. I have looked on your forums for help and none of the suggestions there (update firefox, update plugins java, flash, shockwave ect), update video drivers ect seemed to help.
Please tell me what information you need and what steps I need to do to resolve this. It is very flustering when I have to close everything out and start over because Firefox keeps crashing all the time.

I am trying to view my bank's website. It is an https site. For some reason, only the banner on the top of the page shows. Nothing below this banner is available. No error message is generated.
I have restarted Firefox in Safe Mode with all add ons disabled, but it still doesn't work. I have done a malware check, using the advise that I found in a similar thread (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/746768) but none of those solutions helped. I have also deleted case and cookies, but still no result.
Finally, I am using windows 7 and this FF version is 38.0.1. What is left???
By the way, I don't have this problem with Windows Internet Explorer or Comodo Dragon!

I am facing some strange issues with Firefox only and only on one of my PC's. I know these are not the issues with my website. But i am concerned more about it if my customers face this issue only with my website. I still want to confirm about it that if they are from my end or any other issue. Kindly help and provide me a better solution.
My problems are listed below:
1) Sometimes my profile image appears on other images or we can say replace my other images. Infact the profile image is also corrupted.
2) My Dropdowns sometimes shows weird design as shown in the screenshot below.
3) Scrollbar image appears on my saved bookmarks.
I have tried many solutions to resolve this. Here are the troubleshooting steps which i have already tried:
1) I disabled all of my add-on plugins.
2) I resetted my firefox.
3) I uninstalled my firefox , shut down my computer and then i reinstalled it . Still i faced this issue on my website only.
Kindly ask if you still want to know something more about it.
