I have a valuable history of browsing in Safari that I would like to bring over to Firefox. The only solution I have been able to find after an hour of searching is this product; iMazing. It appears to do just what I need, by exporting the Safari Browsing History from the database to HTML which it says can then be Imported into Firefox. Sounds good, but I would prefer to not have to buy a 3rd party product. Any clues? Thank you.

I just switched to Firefox and so far I've been the setting up process has been going smoothly. I've almost got the browser exactly how I want it to.
I am missing one last feature that I would really like to have; the ability to minimize and maximize Firefox with the use of my keyboard instead of having to rely on my mouse so I can switch between screens more fluently.
I don't know of there's an option available in Firefox itself or if there's already a combination of keys that do just that or if there's an Addon I can use. Any advice is therefor more than welcome.

I can access the page with Edge. This is on a new lap top with Norton and Fire Fox installed. Everything else in Norton seems to be working fine. My desktop also has Norton and Fire Fox and I have no problem accessing the page with fire fox on the desk top. Help!!

As of a few months ago I had 5 Firefox shortcuts pinned to my Windows 10 taskbar. One pointed to plain old Firefox and opened to my default home page, the other four pointed to specific websites a la this archived thread: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1170305 I could add and remove them as I pleased and have as many as I wanted. It was fantastic--one click access to my most frequented sites.
In January 2018 two of the pinned taskbar icons to specific sites disappeared. I'm not sure why only those two, and I can't re-pin them. Here's an example of the problem: 1) I create two new desktop shortcuts that respectively point to: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -url https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -url https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r?tab=mc For convenience I also change their icons. 2) I try clicking and dragging the Gmail shortcut to the taskbar but Windows won't let me pin it 3) I right click the Gmail shortcut but the option in the menu is to "Unpin from taskbar". Clicking that unpins the plain old pinned Firefox shortcut from my taskbar. 4) I right click the Gmail shortcut again and this time I have the option to "Pin to taskbar". I click it and it works! hurray. 5) I right click the Google Calendar shortcut and it says "Unpin from taskbar". Clicking that unpins the Gmail shortcut...
Basically, it's as if Windows recently became aware that all of these are Firefox shortcuts and is forcing me to choose at most 1 Firefox shortcut to pin.
All 5 shortcuts--including the two that disappeared--are all still in the pinned-to-taskbar Windows folder: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar

When I use the search from the adress bar to look up functions with dots '.' in them, Firefox always assumes these are websites, add 'www.' and takes me to ' Site could not be loaded' instead of using google to search.
Is there any way to change this behaviour in the adress bar?

Hi, I use firefox as main browser for developing and I got problem with its cache.
changes in code are not visible automatically, firefox keeps files in chache. So it happens, that I make some change and it takes long time, when the effect show. I am now compensating it by Test pilot Containers modules, but it is not much comfortable, to have one page loaded 5 times and after any small change trying to refresh all tabs, if some of them will reload propertly.
Also, I know the CTRL+F5 and CTRL+SHIFT+R shortcuts, but it does nothing. It will not do the clean reload, it again takes cached files.
So, any other shortcut/way, how to force a tab to get purely loaded from server?
