I can't use Hulu or Netflix because the version of Firefox I have isn't supported. I tried following the instructions I saw, but nothing.

Having to resort to Chrome not sunk to Bing or Yahoo yet But honestly and sorry but NEW firfox is utter C R A P! I cannot tell you how disappointed one is !

Cannot get our hughes net email to open up on line using firefox. It will open up using chrome but we try to always use firefox.

Within the last week we have not been able to open our email up "online". We can open it up but always have to switch to the Standard Html Version. This always opens our email offline. Working offline will not allow us to send emails. We have been able to open it up online in Chrome but our choice of search engines is Firefox.

I had a theme I was using for years and years. But there was one problem: The "new tab" plus sign was missing. After much work I could get it on the extreme left of the page or the extreme right, but not after the last tab like it should be. So that's when I made the fatal mistake of restoring the default settings.... yes, I fixed the plus thing, but now my theme did not work. In fact NONE of them work except the space theme and the default.
And worse, when I click on "get more themes" all the theme previews are missing. When I click on the preview button it only changes the color of the bars, but not the imagery. :-(
Very sad day. I really miss my themes.

I have just upgraded to Firefox 52.7.3 64 bit and all my bookmarks and history have disappeared!
