We have medical data coming in 24/7. Our alarm runs off flash. Since the update there isn't a choice to "allow and remember", which is causing us to have to remember to refresh the page constantly. A big problem for the night-staff, problem for the day-staff also as we keep forgeting and data is not alarming. PLEASE HELP!!

I have a Firefox account and use it to sync across devices; being able to sync and then completely log out on one device is a primary reason I use Firefox.
I log out of devices that I do not own when I'm exiting Firefox. Today I opened Firefox on a device that I'm 100% certain I logged out of yesterday - and found that my bookmarks, bookmarks bar, and add-ons were already visible and active, and one of my add-ons was already logged in.
I verified that the Firefox Sync / login screen showed that no one was logged into the Firefox account, and then I logged in using my usual credentials. It reflected that I was then logged in, but everything else remained visible.
I followed Firefox instructions for viewing the logs, and strangely, there was no log. I went up a directory, and found that all the logs were in the 'failed' directory. Clicking on each of the failed subfolders shows only: ids []
This is very concerning because it entirely negates the security and privacy aspects of having a login. I was not logged into Firefox - and the Firefox interface confirmed that this morning, in addition to confirming it when I logged out yesterday - yet somehow not only were my personal bookmarks showing, but one of my add-ons was also logged in, providing further access to anyone who might have opened a Firefox window from this device.
Clicking on Menu, Logins and Passwords results in "No Logins Found". Complete reinstall with registry wipe and re-sync results in same condition.

New login information is being saved, but again, not being displayed. This occurs on my HP laptop but works fine on my desktop. This is very frustrating. Please help.

Hopefully someone will pick this up? Since my Surface Pro updated to Windows 1909 everytime Firefox updates it causes problems with sound. This is whether I am watching video outside Firefox, watching You tube in Firefox or any video in Firefox.
Symptoms.
Watching video in external video player, not having opened Firefox since rebooting surface pro - no issues Open Firefox watch a couple of vids on YouTube and sound fails - try going back to watching videos outside Firefox, video still failed.
Cure- reload Windows.
New update for Firefox (yesterday) and problem re-appears again.
This happened a couple of years ago and I solved it then by deleting Firefox from my Surface Pro. After about 6 months I decided to give it another chance and all was good until after the 1909 update and Firefox updated. Reloaded Windows 1909 (clean copy) and all ok again until yesterday when Firefox updated again.
Guess I'm going to have to reload Windows again to cure the issue caused by Firefox, again.

My Firefox crashes all the time, but never creates a Crash Report in About:Crashes & never send me a notice about crashing. Many actions cause it to crash. Here are some: downloading from another site; printing from email like emailed tickets; clicking on some items in Firefox Options, opening a second window in Firefox.. There seems to be no specific pattern. I have uninstalled & installed again several times. & I have also updated. Nothing helps or stops the crashing. It is very frustrating & inconvenient. I have run anti-virus & malware scans. I prefer Firefox to Chrome, but may have to change my default browser if this crashing problem cannot be fixed. Please advise. I have been having major problems with Firefox. It constantly crashes when I open certain sites, when print from some non processing sources. It even crashed with I followed your instructions that I found online about crashing to go to the Menu & Help & About Firefox. It crashed when I clicked on About Firefox. I have the updated version & I have uninstalled & reinstalled numerous times, but nothing fixes the crashing problem. I am going to have change my default browser unless there is a solution to this problem. Please contact me & advise me how to fix this. It is very frustration. Thank you.

I did a Firefox restore due to suspect browser hijack ( it wasn't). All mu saved logins have been eraases so tried to do a manaul sync.
This pops up a yellow bar along the top of the "Logins and Paswords" page saying "Please enter your master password to view saved logics and passwords" . I don't have a master password set so that makes little sense. To the right of the yellow bar is a button "login". if i click the button ther yellow bar goes away but there is no log in dialog.
What do I do to get Fiefox to sync?

The Problem: I recently noticed that decoding youtube videos in 2160p60fps is choppy beyond recognition.
Diagnose: While playing said videos in firefox i was able to observe in the task manager that actually none of my graphics cards video decoding capabilities were used. At lower video qualities/resolutions the hardware accelerated video decoding of the graphics card was also not kicking in, but in these cases my cpu was still able to cope with the decoding load, so I never noticed the missing hardware acceleration. To narrow the origin of problem down I tried watching the same videos in edge, chrome and even downloaded a short 2160p60fps clip to play with VLC and everything worked fine, just not in my favorite browser firefox :(
What i already did trying to solve the problem (in order): -Restart Firefox without addons -Refresh Firefox -Create a new Profile
Additional Info: Nvidia Driver Version 441.20

For a while now, I've had two websites that will randomly not even attempt to load in Firefox. One minute the site is working, the next, when trying to go to the website, it tries for a split second to load before just stopping. The page never changes or does anything. It's as if Firefox is blocking itself from opening the site.
If I open a private window and visit this site, it works perfectly fine. Close the private window, and try the site in my normal window, it works perfectly fine. It's like the private window "allowed" the site. I feel like this is cookie/cache related, but I already deleted them.

Firefox assistenza dice che ci potrebbe essere interazione con programmi antivirus,antispyware,ecc.. Provare a configurare il firewall utilizzato per capire se il problema si risolve. Il problema è il seguente: Firefox non si avvia perché dice: FIREFOX è già avviato, ma non risponde. Il processo esistente di Firefox deve essere chiuso per aprire una nuova finestra. CHIUDI FIREFOX---- HO PROVATO A DISINSTALLARE FIREFOX ed a eliminare da GESTIONE ATTIVITA' il file FIREFOX.EXE -- HO REINSTALLATO FIREFOX - SI E' RIAPERTO MA POCO DOPO E' TORNATO LO STESSO PROBLEMA. The Firefox window, at times turn completely blank. After maybe 15 seconds or so, it is restored. but all of the webpages on all of the tabs have to be refreshed in order to be displayed except for the tab I'm currently actually on. So it appears that Firefox is crashing and restarting.

I use a music publishing site to publish my own sheet music. Quite recently one of the features of the website has stopped working. There is an option after a file has been uploaded to view it on my account page as a popup. Files are stored on the site as pdfs. There are also sound files which do not have issues. The attached is a screengrab of what i am seeing.
The feature works ok in IE/Edge, but I have reasons not to use those browsers. I much prefer Firefox.
