Over the past few weeks, my typing is continually being interrupted. It did this a few years back, but this is getting very annoying and I am soon to switch browsers if not fixed. BTW on any machine using Firefox, this is happening

A radio station https://www.wfmt.com/schedule/ that has run successfully until today in Firefox no longer does, There is momentary blip of sound but then silence. It runs fine in Chrome. Another station continues to run successfully in Firefox

Firefox FREQUENTLY totally removes added applications attached and it totally screw up my ability to access anything when you remove my Bitdefender application from access then I have to again EXPLORE added applicaitons!!

Since a recent update, I can no longer drag and drop files from the Firefox downloads panel directly into Outlook Web (webmail) as an email attachment. This used to work fine before.

Steps to reproduce: 1. Download a file (e.g. a PDF) 2. Open the downloads panel (the arrow icon in the toolbar) 3. Try to drag the file from the panel into the attachment area of a new email in Outlook Web 4. The file does not get attached — nothing happens

Expected behavior: the file should be attached to the email, as it was before.

Workaround: I have to open the downloads folder via the folder icon in the panel, then drag from Windows Explorer instead.

Firefox version: 150.0.2 (64-bit) OS: Windows Webmail: Outlook Web (outlook.office.com or outlook.com)

This is a regression, it worked in previous versions. Is there a fix planned?

i tried firefox, zen and librewolf but every of them has the same problem. smooth scrolling is sometimes good but sometimes so slow and laggy, especially in a tab that has a video. in tabs that has a video always have that issue and tabs that not has a video does it sometimes. its like scrolling is in 60hz when it happens. i tried uninstalling lots of times but didnt fix.

I have always used Firefox. Today - some update has erased all my bookmarks. it says import from Edge - but I don't use that. I lost my job last month so all my bookmarks are so very important and now they are all gone. OMG

Please help.

Ever since the last update of the Firefox program, I am frequently getting the "Server Not Found" message when I click on links online. If I switch browsers, the links work just fine so it is obviously Mozilla's problem and not anything with my "modem or router" as I am told int he "what can you do about it" message on this error. Mozilla needs to look into this problem and update whatever is causing the failure to link message.

Then winget shows the installation was successful, but the shortcuts in the Start menu and on the desktop point to a path that doesn't exist. I noticed that this path is the one I passed to winget via the -l parameter, but it is missing the slash (`/`) > D:/a/b/Mozilla/Firefox/ → D:\abMozillaFirefox\ I couldn't find the installed Firefox either in the root directory of drive D or under the originally expected path D:\...\Mozilla\Firefox.

Although I passed the -i parameter (specifying interactive installation) to winget, I didn't see the installer window. In the user registry, the installer also wrote the aforementioned incorrect path, and I cannot uninstall this installation through Windows Settings.

I wrote a script myself to search for folders or files with 'firefox' in the name (case-insensitive) on my system's C and D drives, and I only found this folder that looks related: ```pwsh > ls "C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox"

I want to know what the installer does after running the above installation, and how I can undo these changes to reinstall Firefox?

Since April 27th have been various situations where this msg occurs: Access Denied You don't have permission to access ht tp :// signin.ebay.com/logout/confirm?" on this server. Reference #18.17fc3117.1778464971.41591197 An error has occurred

Although the letters in the reference can be different.

1. Trying to open E-Bay with an icon presented in Firefox for E-Pay, or searching Google for 'E-Bay Login', in Firefox, Edge, and Chrome this msg occurs. 2. If I can sign on, when opening searchers from a folder the searches:

	A. Some searches have the words, and show items for sale, but the rest have the access denied msg where the search words should appear. 
Will send a pic when can sign on.

2. If E-Bay will open, sometimes all searches will load ALL with the search words visible in all tabs, but when click on a link for an item to sell, the access denied msg occurs. Sometimes a few searches will load with the name of the search in the tab, but other searches will load with the will load with the words access denied, and the mas when clicked. 3. Some website like Arkaim of some such issued this msg: Your IPv4 Address 104.187.9.142 received a bad risk score. 4. Left msg on Firefox about above, no response, left 2 msgs on E-Bay Technical Support, no response, Microsoft no help, Dell no help, AT & T sent new Gateway/Modem.

IP address changed, and IPv4 changed to  IPv6. Same problem.

At & T said the old router was slower than I paid for: Speed Test 210.6, 29.7 New router 475.5, 225.8. Google AI says clear cache: Clear Cache on Desktop (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) [1, 2, 3] 1. Open Menu: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac). 2. Time Range: Select "All time" to clear everything. 3. Select Data: Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files". 4. Clear: Click "Clear data" or "Clear Now". 5. Restart: Close and reopen the browser. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] I saved the icon of Network & Internet, Internet Options to delete temporary files, history, cookies, saved passwords, and web info (same Thiong??????) Lastly Google AI recommended editing the DNS to Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1). Any danger in doing this?

My Firefox 150.0.3 (64-bit) in Windows 11 on a Dell 9310 locks up when the XPS is put sleep and awakened after 5-minutes or so. No recent Extensions or Add-ons have been installed. I have yet to delete and reinstall Firefox, maybe that's the next stop. I just can't find the problem with my limited tools and experience. Thanks, and appreciate the help.

Hello, I've been watching MSNOW at 4pm eastern and after about half an hour it crashes. I get a message to send a report and restore the tab. I restore the tab which works for maybe ten minutes and crashes again. I am using Windows 11 on a new computer. I'd appreciate some assistance. Thanks. Bruce Caress

video downloadhelper is not saving the videos to vdhelper folder any longer. how do I change the folder location for only the video downloadhelper. its going straight to download folder.

I use Firefox frequently as it is the most useful browser I have. I want to keep a clean desktop and do not have icons on my desktop. Every time Firefox updates, it places an icon on my desktop. I do not want it there and delete it. It is very, very annoying to have to delete every time there is an update. How can I keep that from putting it on my desktop? If the thinking is that if it gets put there, I will use it, that will be what keeps me from using it. If I cannot find a way to stop it, I will remove the program altogether and figure out a way to do the things I currently do with Firefox. Please let me know how to accomplish keeping my desktop clean.

Recently passkey function stopped working for Roboform which requires entering password for each login event. Roboform support indicates the issue is being caused be Firefox function. Please advise on this issue. Thanks,

help me restore my open windows. this has also happened a couple times before and its very frustrating when i have tabs open to read/refer to later or am in the process of reading and then i have to try and find them all again.

I've done recent updates (May 2026) and after having 3 updates in recent months, I still have difficulties with my video programs (both Zoom and "One-click) slowing down during my work which is 100% virtual. How can I revert to an earlier version where this was resolved, please!!??
