When I used a VPN I got this message

   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

How do I check?

Or does Mozilla have a vpn I can use?

Since the last update that I received from you and installed I can not longer get in to my online Bank account. I get a window telling me access is denied. I am unauthorized to access this resource. with a Reference ID of e727ec65b1 Troubleshooting steps 1. Reload the home page and try again Failed 2. Clear your browser cache and try again. Failed 3. Try logging in with a different browser. No they aren't as secure 4. Try logging in with a different device. No only use my desk top for business.

The Bank says they are having trouble with Firefox. I don't want to have to use Edge or Google they aren't as secure as Firefox. Please fix this with the Horizon Bank. Thank you. dleeb17

Firefox is not loading on my desktop full sceen. I can see a small page minimalized when I put my curser on the Firefox icon. This has happened once before and I had to uninstall and install and I lost a lot of settings doing that. Please advise. Picture on the left is what I see, not the other. please try and update for me i have tried several times and it keeps failing to update i have closed computer and cleared every thing and have tried several times and nothing seems to work it has asked me to update several times over the last couple of days but nothing is updating and i cannot play any music on Utube or even old music that i have downloaded long ago

i do not have anyone to help me on this i did try help line but i must be doing something wrong because nothing has changed

in the last couple weeks, every time I go into Firefox my bookmarks and bookmark toolbar are scrambled. (all messed up and out of order). I have to keep restoring from a good save file. How do I stop this from happening? I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but that hasn't helped. I have imported the good bookmark file that I saved.

I have came to ask if anyone else has had problems with downloading a mod off of nexusmods.com and if there is a solution I have been having to switch to google chrome which I'd rather not because its so resource intensive on the computer

When accessing Outlook (https://outlook.office.com) using Firefox ESR version 128.9.0 and attempting to download a file attached to an email, the string 'UTF-8' is automatically inserted at the beginning of the file name, which is causing issues. This phenomenon does not occur with other browsers such as Edge or Chrome.

最近换了新的电脑以后，重新下载firefox，使用同步功能时，无法使用https://accounts.firefox.com.cn/登陆账户，具体表现是登陆时输入正确密码后登陆，一直显示处理中。但是直接输入上述网址，可以正常登陆账户。

我现在需要可以解决同步问题的方法，将我原来电脑中firefox中的书签，插件，主题以及同步的标签页移动到新电脑中。
