I'm having increasing difficulty with incomplete website links/information when accessing websites using Firefox. The website landing page will display and appear to be normal, but it will not display some information or links to go to other information within the site. I have to us Chrome as the browser in order to get the links/information I need. I suspect this is due to the website programming changing and they are not providing Firefox with the needed information to allow users to view the changed website programming. The problem presents itself when I'm unable to follow a directive from the company whose website I've accessed. The screen display in Firefox does not match the screen display in Chrome. Only the Chrome screen provides the information/functionality I need. I hope you can provide me with a solution to this problem because I prefer to us Firefox as my default browser. Firefox has started freezing my computer for no reason. At first I thought it was MS trying to get me to reboot so they could install updates, but when I did a hard shutdown and restart, it wasn't. I couldn't use the mouse or keypad.

Nothing on the keyboard worked.

I have my keyboard plugged into a multi-usb adapter, so I tried unplugging it and plugging it into another usb slot, but that didn't work either.

This is an intermittent problem. FF will work fine for weeks or months, then suddenly, it does this.

I've switched to a new profile already, so that's not it.

Is this a new bug? Please don't answer me by suggesting I do things I've already done. TYVM

Why suddenly cant I click on links? Why arent websites loading when links are clicked? Why arent pages loading on websites? This happened within the last 72 hours.

How do I change Firefox to give an option to open a map in Google Maps. All I'm given is Apple Maps

Every time I do a search and find the link I'm looking for, I get the site unavailable page. If I click on "try again" it will eventually get there but only after several attempts. I have no problem with other browsers, and this has only recently started with Firefox. It is extremely frustrating !!!!!!

Firefox keeps crashing directly at start within seconds. I deleted Firefox and then reinstalled it again with no difference. I took away all my extensions, plugins and so forth. Firefox is updated to the latest version. Reloaded pages and I have minimal programs running in the background. I did malware and virus scans. I still cannot seem to find what the culprit is.

Hello. I have just upgraded to nebula 128.2.3 When I hit delete on a message all inbox contents becomes invisible until I restart thunderbird. They then are visible but nothing has been deleted. If I open a sub-folder all other folders become invisible until I restart.

Every day Firefox crashes on me and trying to reopen it will just give me an error message. I am unable to use firefox again until I uninstall and reinstall it. I want Firefox to be my default browser but this has been an ongoing issue for a long time and it's pretty unacceptable. It was an issue on my old iMac and I just got a brand new iMac and thought this would solve the problem, but the problem persists. PLEASE fix this.

Hello, I am new using Firefox on my desktop and can't figure out why I am having trouble getting my Realteck mic to work while in online meetings. The video function is fine. I can't change the settings in the online meeting software and get a message to use "Settings" in the browser. What am I doing wrong. TIA

I've installed the lastest version of Firefox in a macOS, Ventura, virtual machine from Anka (although other VMs also exhibit the problem). Firefox is unusable. It mostly just beach balls. If I type in a url, it never attempts to connect. I do not have this problem with other browsers. Is this a known issue?

Starting about a year ago (2023) I noticed when using google search, firefox would crash. Recently it's started crashing any time I try to load google maps. I'm using the updated desktop version (mac) and I don't know if this is a google or firefox issue but it's bad enough I'm about to get an entirely new browser.

Reoccurance of an issue first reported in 2023 (2 threads, both archived (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1429143; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1429298). I am using AdBlocker Ultimate, but Youtube was added to the white list. Any further suggestions, or do I need to remove the AdBlocker Ultimate extension?

When I use Google Meet, after 2-3 meetings, I can't join another one unless I restart Firefox completely. This has happened frequently.

Just now, I couldn't have my laptop unlock with facial recognition because the camera was "in use". There was no other use of the camera, than Google Meet run in Firefox.

I'd like some support for being able to fix this myself without restarting the browser, or, to submit this as a bug to get fixed in the software.

When I try to view a website with VR I get an error message from the web site saying I must use a browser that can view VR. I can't get an "Allow VR" box to come up. I'm using an Oculus Rift and it works on every other browser. I went to the VR Settings box, but it doesn't show any websites and there is no way to enter them. What's up?

i just got updated to version 132.0b1 mozilla firefox developers edition, and it seems they have changed things arround, the redo and undo button are all the way to the top right now and i dont see a new tab button at the right side of opened tabs can someone tell me how to re enable it

I'm not sure if an update did this, but I used to be able to open windows on top of firefox. For example, I open file explorer, and it doesn't show on top, even when I click into it. So I have to minimize my browser to see any window under it. It seems to take priority being "on top" of every window. This seems similar to task manager where there is an "always on top" setting. I tried looking for a setting like this in firefox, but to no avail. I used to not have this problem, and it has now become quiet annoying. Should I just uninstall and reinstall? what am I doing wrong?

I was able to use my surface pen with Firefox like with any other program. Now it seems either Microsoft disabled this to give Edge an advantage over Firefox. Or something changed with Firefox which doesn't allow for handwriting anymore!

As im sure Firefox should be compatible to tablets, this is a big disappointment. I hope there is a quick way to solve this?
