I’m experiencing an issue where I cannot use ChatGPT-5 in Firefox. When I log in and try to select or use GPT-5, nothing loads or functions properly. Other models like GPT-3.5 work normally, but GPT-5 does not respond.

I’ve already tried refreshing the page, clearing cache and cookies, and even disabling extensions — but the problem persists. Could this be a compatibility issue with Firefox? Any advice or support would be appreciated.

For some reason, I was unable to verify my account. I even thought I was wrong with my password, but that was not the case. When I use a different browser, Apple does not just ask me for a password but also a key; however, this option was not available on Firefox. With this, I can't log in to my iCloud on my Firefox Linux app.

Whenever I use Google Meet in the Firefox browser, it works well at first people can hear me. However, for a few seconds, my microphone suddenly cuts out, and I have to raise my voice for it to work again. My microphone remains enabled and does not disconnect when the audio cuts out, but people are still unable to hear me. I have already set my microphone to 'Always Allow' instead of 'Allow Temporarily, but the problem persists.Can anyone help me with this

I am trying to preserve my POCKET data before it all goes away. Mozilla responded to my email requesting data but when I opened the link I got this message that "the provided token has expired : despite it being less than 24 hours. Plus a lot of other characters meaningless to me. What can I do now?

I was prompted to install a .js file while on a website unrelated to mozilla organization. I was taking a work call and distracted at the time and was dumb enough to install it before I realized this was not a normal update. Should I uninstall and reinstall firefox? My McAfee blocked the script from "trying to hijack one of [my] apps"

I power cycled my computer in order to install some Windows updates, and when I opened up Firefox again, I had precisely zero bookmarks.

I found this folder, which is supposed to contain my automatic backups: https://i.postimg.cc/bwrWBswd/A.png

But I can't figure out how to use those files to restore my bookmarks.

When I click on Manage Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore > Choose File, nothing happens. No other option seems viable.

I had an ASSLOAD of bookmarks on this browser, so I need to recover them because there's just no way I'll be able to remember them all manually and add them all back one at a time!

What do I do?

What the hell do you guys do with the latest update?? My home page is all screwed up and does not look or act at all as my old home page. Apparently there is no way to go back to the "old" look and feel. Not a good decision. Seriously thinking of abandoning Firefox (since I used it in WIndows-7) for a browser that will make my life easier, not harder. At 81 years old I don't time to waste futzing around trying to get my home page to work. "Technology getting in the way of Life." Firefox stops loading pages. I try to browse a webpage and it just keeps loading, but nothing happens (black screen). I open chrome, request the same webpage, it loads immediately. In Firefox, it keeps loading. Sometimes it loads it after 1-2 minutes. Sometimes not. Problem is fixed after restarting firefox, but comes back again after some time.

Hello.

I'm trying to order multiple products on "Bulk.com", i have each tab open for every product that i wish to place in my "shopping basket". When placing the first product in the basket and then moving on to the next tab for placing the the next product in the basket, the basket does not update so that there's total of 2 products in the basket. I'm not sure why this is not updating, but when i tried to do the same thing in Microsoft Edge it worked just fine, and i also contacted Bulk about this and they tried on Google Chrome, which also worked for them. I don't use Chrome so i haven't tried it there. I've deactivate all ad blockers, I've also tried to clear all the cookies and nothing seems to work? So I'm wondering what else is there that i need to try or do so that it work as it should. I've also tried to buy things from other sites which works just fine, so I'm wondering why it works on some sites and not in others?
