Mozilla VPN Support Forum

One particular website I use does not work with a VPN. So before subscribing to Mozilla VPN I need to know if I can turn off the VPN in a single Firefox container. If not can I use another browser without the VPN? Does the VPN apply to other browsers and network transactions such as ftp? I have looked at the FAQs but can't find the answers. Thank you.

The Mozilla app on my phone has been inactive, in terms of me finding out how it is working, what I can do with it etc. I dont understand why I didnt have a mob banking issue with it in the 30 day money backguarantee period. I purchased it on 17 9 21. I paid £59.88 per year. It has been very time consuming trying to resolve issues via my bank. Have you tried phoning your bank recently? Ive not been able to use my mobile banking app since 20 10 21. Ive had to wait to get through to my bank twice now. I believe I need my mob banking app more than VPN. My bank is adamant the issue is with VPN hiding my location. Text messages from the bank will not get through to me. Please disable VPN A refund will be appreciated, too. Thank you for your help. Ordinarily very happy with Mozilla . Im sure many people happy with VPN but for me it has been troublesome. A prompt response will be appreciated. I need to do some banking on a daily basis. Am locked out of a cancelled Firefox account and Mozilla VPN within because of lost 2-Factor Authentication, BUT ALSO.. I am locked into monthly payments for the Mozilla VPN subscription that I thought I had also cancelled. I know of no Customer Support contact person or entity for stopping the VPN charges and cancelling the VPN subscription. Other people have written about being in this situation and have been helped to solve it. I very much need help on this! Please help me! And thank you all so much for helping people like myself!

I have made a vein attempt at updating my VPN account. I find every way how to do it sends me the same pages but there is no link that I can go to directly to change my card number.
