Paid for VPN, how to link to firefox account

Hello, I recently purchased a one-year VPN subscription entering a new email address (xxxx@mozilla.org). Was not prompted for a password, completed the transaction to Pay Pal. Did not receive a confirmation code or link to complete the transaction and download the VPN client. Realized afterward that I had set up a valid Firefox account for the Monitor product, and probably should have logged in with it before purchasing the VPN.

My question: Can I link my VPN subscription to my working Firefox (email) account, and have the other account deleted? Otherwise, should I cancel my subscription from within Paypal, and start over?

I purchased Mozilla VPN using a bad e-mail address and now have no access to the account to cancel it. The Mozilla window had a default e-mail address, so I used RNAlheid@mozila.com to sign up instead of my regular e-mail account. I would like to cancel my Mozilla VPN because I have no ability to download or use it because I can't access the wrong e-mail account.

This has not been easy. I tried to subscribe to Mozilla VPN but entered the wrong email address as I 'thought' I was creating a new email address "xxxxxxx Apparently someone else's account. No way for me to cancel

Please refund my purchase and I'll try it again with this email that I had to create just so I could file his complaint

I signed up and paid for Mozilla VPN and when asked to create an associated, new email address, I did so. Now however, I cannot log into this new email address, create a password or download the Mozilla VPN app. I am using a different email address for this support question. How can I cancel my Mozilla VPN subscription that was initiated with a new email address that I cannot access?

Hi, I just signed up for the Mozilla VPN, but when it asked me to make an account, it didn't ask me for a password. I thought 'huh, that's weird' but I went along with it and put in my payment details, but now I can't access my account so can't use it and I don't know how to unsubscribe, and I'm kinda freaking out about it.

I did a dumb thing and need help recovering. I purchased the Mozilla VPN and it asked for a email. I thought it was creating an account but it never asked for a password. After the transaction it said an email was sent to that new xxx@mozilla.com email. So now I have a mozilla email that is not associated with an account, nor a password. I am stuck trying to figure out how to access that email. I did create a FireFox account using a gmail account and tried using the mozilla email address as the secondary email but it said that email was already used. Any pointers would be appreciated.

I attempted to sign up for Mozilla VPN. I didn't realized that I had a FirefoxéMozilla account, so I followed the prompts to create an account. The creation of the account was successful, but no password was created. I assumed that the password would be established when I purchased and subscribe to the VPN service. I purchased the VPN and instructions were sent to the new account, but I can not access it.

The VPN sign procedure clearly says "create an account", so I entered new account information. So now, the VPN service was purchased with my credit card and the VPN setup instructions were sent the new account/ email which I can not access and I can't use the VPN.

I tried assigning my new account/email address to my secondary account, but am not permitted to do so. I am unable to generate and receive a new password for the account associated with the VPN because I do not have access to the new mozilla-hosted account.

Which of these solutions are possible? 1. Assign the VPN to my prior account. 2. Permit me to create a password for the new account 3. Receive a refund and start over from scratch

I recently signed up for the Firefox VPN service, but when creating account I mistakenly thought it was asking me to create a email with firefox so I made up one with @firefox.com. I paid for my first month and when I went to sign in to confirm my account, I get invalid email response since @firefox.com is an email domain that doesnt exist. Now I can't access the service I have paid for or even cancel it if I needed to. Please help.
